The service to schedule, measure, and install our bathtub and shower were quick and we love the results! Everyone that worked with us to get the project done was super kind and very professional. We definitely recommend Alex’s service to anyone who asks about them or is looking for bathroom project needs.

Apex Windows & Bath showed up on time both days and the guys finished our new bath and shower much quicker than I was expecting. Both Jeff and Dom were professional and left us with a great new tub and shower. It all worked out perfectly for us.

The crew that came out to convert our bath tub into a walk-in shower was very curtious and professional while they were out, and walked us through the process of the project. The install took a total of two days to complete but that was to make sure everything was done correctly, which they were up front about. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to have a shower installed. 5-STAR work with this company!

Easy two day conversion from tub to shower. Very pleased with the workers, professionalism and workmanship. Company kept us well informed of time and date for installation. Looks great and opens up guest bath. No more worry about guests (older) stepping in and out of tub and shower enclosure.

Ryan and Paul did a good job. They were polite, courteous, very nice to work with. Their work was impressive and fast. They replaced my walk-in shower in 2 days and the work was very good. I highly recommend them for a bath remodel.

Apex replace my 50 yesr old walk-in shower with a beautiful, sleek & modern version. When I walked into the bathroom, I couldn't believe the transformation. My install guys were awesome. All the employees I had contact with were so heloful & kind.

Nathan and Johnathan did a great job on the install, kept us in the loop on where the project was at throughout the whole install. Made sure to clean up before they left. Made sure to answer any questions about the project and were very polite.

I have had the best experience working with Apex providing me with a full new shower. Quality workmanship starting with the presentation of the product in my home to the detailed installation of Jesus and Miguel. These two men were amazing. Professional,
Courteous and Polite. They kept my home clean and showed me every detail of the finished product. I highly recommend them.

Redoing my main bathroom shower was very smooth thanks to Apex, even with existing water damage. We love the new shower! Our budget and preferences were taken into account during the consultation, scheduling was easy, and Jarred and Jason were awesome to work with! They were very clean during the 3 days of work. Apex was contracted to remove and reinstall my master shower glass door. They were very prompt and polite. Very knowledgeable about their job. Scottie and Derek went above and beyond to reinstall my shower even though I was their last job on a Friday. They were on time and due to a mix up the drywaller was still on site. They were willing to wait on site for the drywaller to finish instead of rescheduling the install since I had taken vacation. Scottie walked me through the process and the items that he did plus he cleaned the hard water stains on the glass and the frame. They went way above and beyond and made this experience much better for me. I would recommend them and will call them first if it every need more work done.

Elias was amazing help for me today. He was called out on a Saturday morning for a leak in my shower that wasn't even with Apex. He fixed everything up for me and did it with a smile. I'm so happy to have contractors like him working for this company!!!

Sometimes one phone call can go a really long way.

I learned of Apex at a business expo and scheduled an appointment because they err doing an amazing discount if booked that day. Unfortunately when they showed up for the initial meeting and quote my mom was ill and I wasn’t able to keep it. I neglected to inform them of this and the gentleman still showed up. Even though I wasted his time he was understanding and kind and said we could try again when she felt better.

I got a follow on call today from Tara asking if I wanted to reschedule. First off, this is weeks later and their first call. They did not stalk me or constantly call like so many businesses do. Unfortunately my mom recently fell and is in the hospital facing a spine surgery so I was not able to make the appointment. The tub remodel is for my mom so she needs to be a part of it. Tara showed sympathy, understanding, concern and care. She blew me away by being confident enough to say she would pray for my mom and my family. Sadly in today’s world too many of us would be afraid to say that without knowing the other party.

I am on the right side of that team though and am beyond thankful for her kindness and courage. Sure, business is business and I haven’t gotten that far with them yet but I can tell you that from the people I’ve met there I will remain loyal to them as long as we’re all still around.

The people make the business and everyone here that I’ve connected with is amazing. I’m thankful to have found them. Faith or no faith, with service and employees like this you are in good hands. I’ll be certain to update this after the work is done. No doubt I will have more to rave about.

Apex was more than expected from start to finish! They kept me informed and left nothing for me to worry about. Miguel and Jose were very kind and clean throughout the remodel process

Once again, these guys did an amazing job installing our bathroom tub! Apex installers, Jeff and Dom installed our bathroom tub with new walls, appliances, and shelf units. Typically, we are told this takes two days, but if we add up the hours aside from the 24-hour setting time, these guys would have been done in a day and done RIGHT! No hiccups or concerns. They were on time and not a minute late each day; both were very polite and professionally thorough throughout the process. We were highly impressed by the quality of the results, therefore we highly recommend this dynamic duo from Apex. If we decide to get this done again, we hope we can get the same guys. Though we are only able to give 5 stars they deserved 10!

We had them replace 1/2 of our windows at our house. Great competitive prices. Very friendly and efficient! Left no mess We'll definately recommend them

Lizzette was the first person we met with to discuss replacement of our shower/bath. She was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Next, we met with Elias who did quality control and answered questions; he is A+ to work with. Our installers were professional and on time each day and did a great job. All personnel we have encountered has been so pleasant, helpful, professional and courteous. We love our new shower/bath and highly recommend Apex!!

Everyone at Apex was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The entire team was receptive to our needs and offered suggestions to help us make decisions on the style and accessories. Our shower rebuild came out great and I appreciate the quick response to questions regarding the recommended cleaning products. Kudos to Mark, Gabby, Elias, Jarred and Jason. 😊
