Royalty Air, LLC came out to service our HVAC system this evening on an emergency call during a heat wave. Being without Air Conditioning the last couple of days, we were very uncomfortable in our home. We are so grateful to Alex, the owner, who quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and fixed it. I had an excellent experience with this AC company from start to finish. Their team was responsive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand.

Royalty air came out on a Saturday for a second opinion because the previous company said that I needed a new AC system. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than $300.

My a/c stopped working It was hot and late so I called around and royalty air prioritized me because I had children. Not all hero’s where capes.

They went at 10pm and royalty air sent out a technician that fixed my AC so that me and my family could sleep well. The owner said he takes customers with kids or elderly as his priority. And he showed it on a late call
