Keith with Rose Air Conditioning is very knowledgeable, he was able to get my new AC unit to work properly. We’re so grateful to Keith for his help.

I had another company do an annual inspection of my AC, they found some issues that would have run about $1500 to repair (coil cleaning and non working surge protector).
Keith came over the next day discovered that the surge protector was ok, cleaned the coil for $200 not $495 and discovered the fan motor was going out, which the other company missed. In all I was fixed up for less than $700.
The next day I heard some noise from my AC, called Keith and he came out the following Monday. Seems like the screw holes were worn so he put in tighter screws and all is well now.
