We have used Better View for 14+ years. Frank and his team are punctual, hard working, polite and professional. All the inside and outside windows look beautiful! The office team makes scheduling easy and prices are fair. We highly recommend!

We had privacy screens put on our home. We received the quote and within two weeks our screens were installed. Oh my gosh, Frank did an excellent job, he arrived and went right to work. He is a great communicator with customers. The screens look wonderful and Frank helped to suggest what degree of privacy to put where, based on the sun for uv rays. I work with Better View windows twice per year to clean the windows in a local community clubhouse. The windows are giant, multistory windows and are the focal point of the room when entering the building. Better View always does an excellent job and the windows absolutely sparkle. Their customer service is exceptional! From the person you schedule your appointment with to the people in the field, they are all so friendly and treat your home with the most respect and care. We have old windows with a lot of hard water stains on the outside, and they got them crystal clear! We were amazed. Very fair pricing too.

I will definitely recommend Better view to all my friends. The experience was one of a kind. From beginning to completion they were so professional and polite. It is so difficult to find excellent customer service in this day and age. They showed up on time and even wore booties before entering my home. They carefully moved my furniture to get to the windows in my family room and didn't charge extra to do this. When the job was complete they did a walk-through with me to make sure I was satisfied. Then at the end of the day, the kind lady in the office called me to ask how the service was. This is the best customer service I've had in years. Thank you Better View.

Our neighbor recommended. Got a nice set of window screens for the house. It keeps so much of the direct sunlight out but yet still lets in the indirect light. We can see out during the daytime no one can see inside yeah thus, opening more windows and still able to exercise without everyone seeing. They were on time and did a great job! Easily removed although we probably won't ever remove maybe just to clean. Also wanted to mention we have lots of windows of all sizes on our house was very decently priced. I would recommend they are a company that strives for customer satisfaction.
