Great service, Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable-as first time pool owners he did a great job walking us through system maintenance and operation. Mike also helped us troubleshoot some problems and get our system working great! He is very responsive and has great customer service whenever we have questions or concerns. We would recommend him to others.

After we moved into our house we decided to have someone maintain our pool. In the first year we had 3 different companies. All 3 could not keep a schedule and would not call ahead when they weren't coming on schedule. Then we called Northwest Pool Care. We've been happy since. No more not showing up, not calling, etc. Nate is on time every week and keeps our pool clean despite 2 German Shepherds swimming as well as my wife and I.
