My pool has been maintained and serviced by Tucson Pool Service for more than 5 years now. The owner is very responsive and pro active. The service is on a schedule since Tucson is kind of sprawling. They are always here on Friday leaving us with a sparkling beautiful pool for the weekend. Our pool is old and has many "quirks" and they pay close attention to those little things so that they don't turn into big things which is what led me to write this review. Thank you again Tucson Pool Service! You do a great job!

Wonderful experience with Tucson Pool Service! In addition to fine weekly service, our pool equipment recently required a repair which was handled quickly and effectively. The owner managed the project, and sent an exceptionally pleasant and professional technician (Matthew) to perform the work, restoring our system to like-new operating condition in a very short time. Also, Tucson Pool recently conducted our annual pool cleaning, leaving the tile sparkling and ready for upcoming winter guests’ (and our) enjoyment. We are delighted with — and recommend — Tucson Pool Service!

We have used this pool service for over 15 years. Gabriel and his team are great to work with. The pool always looks it’s best and when we have repair issues they are able to either repair or replace items needed or have resources in the community to use to get the issue dealt with quickly and at a reasonable cost.

We have been customers of Tucson pool service for the past 8 years . They are an excellent company and provide quality service . They are reliable and professional and always do a great job. Gabriel Hopkins is the owner who cares about his customers. He is knowledgeable and responsive to calls made to him . His pool employee, Flavio is here on weekly basis and does a terrific job .Today he had a challenging job , vacuuming and cleaning the pool after a roof tile repair. In my search for repairs and upgrades to our pool, Gabriel responded immediately. He was out of town for the weekend, but said that he would get back to me first thing on Monday. Not only did he contact me Monday morning, but was out right away to see what I needed done. His pricing was reasonable and I had a good feeling about his business. I wasn’t wrong. As the job was progressing, I added a few things and he immediately got me options and pricing. He also made recommendations, and explained them. Never pressuring, but merely showing options. He and his team had everything completed on time. They went over how to operate the new equipment and I have set them up for maintenance. I was so impressed, I asked them to do some cleaning on our other property as well. I highly recommend Gabriel and his team at Tucson Pool Service!! Barb D

We have been with TucsonPoolService for 6+ years. They provide reliable weekly cleaning of our pool and equipment. They support coming to our home on a particular day of the week to assure the safety of our dog. They respond promptly to any equipment repairs needed.

The person who was cleaning my pool was great. The new cleaner left air in my pump and forgets to check the filter every time. That air cost me a new pump motor. I have also never seen anyone check the chemical balance in the pool.

I have landscapers coming on the day he is supposed to come this week. There will be no way to access the pool. Gabriel will not reschedule him and will not give a refund for that week. Can't charge for a service you cant supply.

Just make sure you get someone who knows what they're doing (but, you may be stuck with the ONE person in your area).

Dejan tu alberca sin mantenimiento para hacer un problema y luego te cobran por solucionarlo, solicite mi reembolso porque no mantenian la alberca limpia no colocaban clorine tables . Y se rehuso a regresar mi dinero del pago mensual por adelantado Que hice termine pagando doble.

Terrible service. Nothing but problems, staff very limited in maintaining pool ; even they complain about owner. AVOID!!

Used this company for a few years and dismissed a lot. For instance, the vacuum not working correctly but they never said a word or even tried to replace. When I brought it to their attention, Gabriel the owner said they dont fix vacuums and told me that the timer needed to be replaced. The timer is not the issue. I can manually turn on the pool pump but everything else needs to function. Then I started noticing that the pool was not blue, it was a dingy green. Not quite mold green but not inviting either. When brought to their attention it was immediately a defensive approach and told it was because we needed a timer. I STILL continued service. The last straw was when my filter was leaking, and they never said a word. They came at least 3 weeks in a row, turned on the filter, left it running while leaking (a big leak by the way) and never told us. We knew it there but was hoping they would repair or offer advise but NOPE. We brought it to their attention and was told they could replace our sand filter for $1600 hahaha. Also, they didnt do ANYTHING to correct the pool having low water levels. I was waiting to see if they would do anything or say anything but they didnt. We fired them today and I would not recommend to ANYONE. Poor customer service and the owner is rude and careless. Steer clear! Picture is right after their service! I am using a new pool service and my pool looks amazing and NO repairs have been done (not even the timer lol). It takes a lot for me to give a bad review. As you can see I am not alone with the bad experiences.

Very disappointed with Tucson Pool Service. Have used weekly for two years and was (mostly) satisfied. They stopped leaving notes over a year ago advising they were there and what they did, but the tech, Christian, we liked nonetheless. However, a month ago our pool started turning green and has only gotten worse. When we reached out the owner, Gabriel, he was immediately defensive and argumentative, saying it was happening to all the pools in the area (would've been nice to get a heads-up on that) and insisted we need to drain our pool. If it's happening to everyone it would seem to me the pool water isn't the issue... Regardless, he was rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful or apologetic for the sever lack of communication. Would absolutely not recommend. The picture attached is from the last service day by Tucson Pool Service. Moving on and happy to do so.
