When the time came to replace our split ac system, there were tons of options. After reviewing them all, we chose to go with Air Tropics. Their price was competitive and the cost of their yearly maintenance plan was much more economical than even the most established companies in Tucson. Their install crew had the new system installed within a few hours, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Getting a heater into an attic is messy, but when they were finished you couldn't tell they had been there. I have only had the system for a week, but so far it works as advertised. I'll be sure to update this post as necessary, but so far Air Tropics gets an A+ from me.

We had to run our ac unit for the first time yesterday. Unlike our previous condenser, you can’t hear this one at all. So far i’m very impressed with the ac unit. The house feels great and it’s quiet.

Scott and his crew were great. Had called 4 other AC companies before calling Air Tropics and all were unresponsive, booked out two weeks or just were not helpful. Air Tropics was responsive, punctual, professional and kept us informed as to what was happening with the service call. Highly recommend Scott and his team.

As a Realtor I've used Air Tropics for inspections and referring them to clients and friends. After limping along with a lesser quality system with Air Tropics repairs. I've upgraded my system from a 14 seer to a Trane 18 seer variable speed. The install was as promised and professionally done. I'm very pleased with savings and quietness of system. I highly recommend Air Tropics.

We had the Air Tropics team install a new HVAC system in our home, as well as in our rental property this year. We were very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism, from start to finish. They arrived on schedule, completed all work on time, and left our properties as they found them. In addition, we appreciated that they wore masks and followed social distancing protocols when in our home and interacting with us.

Jason quickly responded to my request for service for our AC down. Scott coordinated Mike’s same day response,, during the peak of AC repair season. All the parts they needed were available on their truck and Mike restored service within about an hour. He also inspected our second unit to ensure it was running properly, and discounted our bill providing us with the “heroes” savings offer. The guys are always beyond helpful, personable, and caring. Above all...experienced and professional.

They care about their reputation and quality. Air Tropics was quick to respond (Scott did a bid within a day) we worked through the fine details and we have two new Trane units installed now working great.
Jason is eager to hear customer feedback and worked to make experience of replacing AC unit(s) as easy as possible (schedule, cost, maintenance & follow up).
We had all the big companies out for bids, and looked at all major brands Carrier, American Standard & Trane and we ended up going with Air Tropics/Trane. Wow! I'm so impressed with the level of service and professionalism Air Tropics provides, from start to finish! We needed our AC unit serviced, during the pandemic, and the technicians wore face masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They left our AC in perfect working condition. The techs were puctual and courteous. Air Tropics response time to our 84°-87° inside house temperature was quick. Awesome company! Rest assured, we will be referring our friends and neighbors to Air Tropics.

We received a same day quote after our AC stopped working. They were back on time and worked removing our old system. Then the second crew came in and installed without any problems.

They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Took the time to explain new system and thermostat settings.

It was a pleasure working with Jason at Air Tropics. I first used them when one of AC units was not cooling before the start of summer. They were the only one to answer the phone on s Saturday morning and dispatched a crew that quickly got my unit up and running . I was impressed with there honesty. They did not try to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs.

They installed my unit in 2021. Everything has been great. Today I had a minor problem with my thermostat and they took care of it immediately. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. These guys are the best! I highly recommend.

Air Tropics is very accommodating. One of the best companies out there. I called and scheduled our annual maintenance for the AC units and shortly after one of them stopped working. I called them back and they fit me into their schedule the next day. Their techs are very friendly and respectful. This is my go to company for all repairs and upgrades. I highly recommend them.

I called Air Tropics for the yearly heating maintenance/check, spoke with Scott and set up an appointment with a time frame. I received a verification of date and time frame on my phone. Houston, my technician, sent me a text when he was on his way and he arrived near the beginning of the promised time frame. He introduced himself when he arrived, told me what he planned to do and did it, then gave me a recap of what he did that was reflected on the receipt he gave me. Houston was friendly, very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. We recognized each other from a previous visit last spring for our air conditioning; he displayed perfect customer service. Great customer service is extremely important to me and my husband. A/C stopped working on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. I called, left a message and got a call back from Scott in less than 10 minutes. Made an appointment for a technician to come the next morning. Houston arrived Sunday morning as promised and performed several diagnostic tests. The compressor had failed. After the Monday holiday I received a call Tuesday morning (as promised) with a quote to replace the compressor (the A/C unit was out of warranty). I was also quoted a price to replace the outside A/C unit. I opted to purchase a new unit to get a 10 year warranty on the unit and 12 years on the compressor. They said they would get the unit and arrive back at my home on Thursday (2 days later) to install it. They arrived as promised and completed the install in a few hours. Very happy that I have A/C again. I rate this experience as exceptional. With the hot weather, holiday weekend business closures and anticipated parts availability due to COVID, I anticipated some disappointments. This company and their employees were prompt, friendly, professional and competent. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company on several occasions. I am always pleased with their work & always at a fair price. Air Tropics has been there for me & my family. Even in the middle of summer, when my AC was having issues, as I watched my thermostat rising, Jason & his team came to the rescue. Air Tropics with Jason and crew did a very professional job and the parts cost was far below the competitors. The maintenance plan covered the coil cleaning which another company would bilk us for $450! Every detail was above and beyond. While other companies just let wires hang loose, Jason wrapped them so they would not chafe.
