Great company and their service is exceptional. Marixsa Carlos calls twice a year to set up two yearly service tune-ups which is part of the warranty. Esteban, our service technician, is exceptional.

After having a few AC Companies come and diagnose the problem with the air erroneously and estimate thousands of dollars, I decided to try one more company --- Cool Breeze.

Cool Breeze specialist Samuel came down the same day, and within a few minutes had identified and shown me the problem with the AC. He suggested their 2 year plan as a way to save money on the job.

I bought the 2 year plan which fixed the issue and guaranteed years of check-ups and repairs of common issues, and it all was much less than what anybody estimated.

Samuel was extremely professional, respectful, honest, helpful. He got the AC blasting cool air within 30 minutes. The best AC Technician I have ever met. I will be calling Cool Breeze and request Samuel every single time I have an issue in any of my properties.

Excellent communication from first contact, scheduling, installation, and ongoing support. Incredibly fair pricing.
My old HVAC gave up the ghost on the hottest day in July, and the wizards from Cool Breeze were able to keep it running for several days until they installed the new unit. I'm incredibly thankful for the quick turnaround, and the kind and consistent interactions I've had with everyone from the company. Thank you Allen, Marixsa, and all the techs and installers.

Cool Breeze saved us in the middle of the summer when our AC went out. We had to replace our old unit, and we got a great price with exceptional and timely service! Within 2 days we had our new AC installed. Allen was a pleasure to work with, and was very communicative and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with our new cool home, and would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone needing any type of AC service.

Had Cool Breeze do a summer check up again this year. They checked everything inside and out. He even cleaned my outside coil, which made me feel good knowing my AC will last all summer without any issues. Marixsa Carlos had her office staff call me before letting me know when the service technician was going to show up and afterwards to see if I had any questions.

Wonderful HVAC company! Great value for their service - so many other companies gouge and find things to charge for. Not this one. They do what is necessary and advise. Their bi-annual checkup deal is a great value - they give discounts on parts that may be needed when servicing your AC/Heat, if needed. I flip homes and highly recommend Cool Breeze. UPDATE: just bought a new AC for my residence from Cool Breeze and couldn’t be happier!! Not only did they install it quickly during peak season, Tony and Shaughn were professional, kind, understanding and explained everything - they did a magnificent job!!! I couldn’t be happier with the price also - Cool Breeze has highly competitive pricing. Frankly, there’s nobody I’d rather do AC work with in town than Cool Breeze!!!

Samuel from Cool Breeze came out to provide a second opinion regarding my HVAC system and whether any maintenance or repair was needed. He completed a thorough examination of both my air conditioner unit and furnace/air handler in fairly short order. Thankfully, he indicated that no other maintenance or cleaning of HVAC components was necessary and indicated my units could continue to function well so long as I continued with recommended inspection and servicing routines. No need to clean blower fan as recommended by another HVAC company. Explained what he looked at and why units were functioning well. Recommend this company for their quick response, thorough assessment, and honest appraisal. Thanks again, Samuel, for sharing your knowledge regarding HVAC systems!

My mother had her A/C tuned up it was serviced by Tony he was great , had wonderful service! I would definitely recommend him and cool breeze in the future.

Needed 3 quotes on a new AC system, so after research decided to call Cool Breeze for the second. Samuel came out at the end of his day to give me a proposal. He spent time measuring and taking pictures, then went out to his truck and prepared the quote He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I didn't even need to get a third quote. Within a week, the very competent installer team, Cisco and Joe, came and did a perfect job. Samuel even came at the finish to check everything.
I couldn't be happier, it was a good choice.

Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions has been great for me. The technician, Colt, was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. The prices are below industry standards (and I checked!). The people I spoke to on the phone were helpful and considerate of my time. I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone who is looking for good service at a reasonable price.

So try to make a long story short I called about 10 different AC companies in Tucson. Explain what I needed some companies need it to come out and I already had someone come out so I told him just give me a quote over the phone got 5 to 10 different quotes Warranty, quotes etc. etc. manufacturers quotes warranties all in all obviously cool solutions was the best option I recommend it to anybody they’ve been out here twice a year for the winter service and the summer service of their own time friendly technicians. Let you know what they did what they found

Samuel showed and my AC was running but didn’t seem to be functioning well. He checked it all out and got it running better in seconds. I had something switched off.
