Noah the technician arrived when scheduled, was as polite as he was professional, and was very thorough in answering my questions with supporting materials. I was also impressed with the care he took in preventing tracking dirt into my house. This is definitely worth mentioning considering that the plumbing and electrical contractors which have been in my house recently not only left debris and scraps from their jobs, but they tracked drywall bits and dust everywhere.

Cool Willy’s installed a Rheem package unit replacing our very noisy and failed Goodman unit. They also replaced our Pelican water conditioner with a Halo 5 conditioner and installed quarter turn angle valves throughout the house. Their technicians were extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional. Their communication with us was excellent. Thanks to all the crew, especially Walter who eliminated the high frequency noise on a follow up visit. We will definitely use Cool Willy’s again for any future needs.

Carlos our technician was amazing. Very polite and friendly. Took time to explain everything done. If there was a way to ensure he was always our technician we will be sure to request him.

I had a new kitchen faucet installed by John and he did a really good job. Also he gave me some information about the plumbing while he worked.
He also investigated a leak in my shower stall and gave me sensible advice as to how to proceed with that problem.
John is very personable and nice to work with.

Both Derrick and Brandon, who replaced the furnace motor, were highly professional. They were completely efficient and expeditious in making the repair. They also were responsible and respectful. Plus they had a sense of humor. Always a plus! Thanks guys!

Noah did an excellent job, not only hitting the maintenance list items during his checkup of our AC but also looking around and fixing an overlooked problem in our venting. We also got a helpful thermostat lesson from this polite and upbeat young man.

We had Carlos come in for routine maintenance yesterday and appreciated his service. He was pleasant and polite, explained everything he had to do and got right to work. A+ work and customer service.

Cool willy's installed a mini-split at approximately half the price we were quoted by two other companies. They have some shorter mini-splits which worked well for the small space where we were trying to mount it. It stopped working relatively soon after install, which had me concerned that the whole unit was a lemon. I called for repair and they got someone out to fix it quickly. Noah was polite, efficient, and fixed the problem at no cost. The unit is fine and working well again.

They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem in our unit, advising options for repair vs replacement, and very thorough in their quote emails about each option. They even called the previous unit's manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on it (and found out it wasn't even installed by licensed workers, which is unfortunate but unsurprising with the other "work" done on the house before flipping it.)
They installed a new unit in about 2 hours. Very thankful for their patience and counsel while weighing our options, and also thankful to have a compassionate company to service our new unit with it's nice long warranty now.

Noah did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system. He worked quietly and efficiently. When he finished, he went over his findings and made his recommendations. Noah is very personable.

Starting on 2/24/26 with Tyler giving us detailed options on replacing our H/VAC System to installers Kevin & Bobby on 2/27/26 doing a fantastic job on the installation and then on 3/3/26 Johel fixing our Hot Water Heater in a matter of minutes. We needed a company to come out and assess repair costs/recommendations on a water line leak from our meter to our house and after calling around (leaning towards local companies) we landed with Cool Willy's. Firstly, they did not gauge us on the price of a straight forward visit that required nothing more than a need for a repair estimate/recommendation/options for an issue we had already determined with the water company. In fact, we were not charged for the visit (quoted as $49) by signing up for a customer program they have for first responders/military/teachers. The two young men who came out, John and Julian, were very professional and knowledgeable and took their time discussing options. I was quickly emailed an estimate on what it would cost for the company to do a full replacement, along with some other helpful information. It is absolutely clear how this business has remained locally successful for decades and has such great reviews. During the phone call where we spoke to a woman to set up the appointment which was same day, they put me on hold and I have to say it was the most entertaining and funny phone hold music I have ever heard! Regardless of whether we end up having them do the work for this particular job, they will now be my go-to plumbing company should we ever need any future work that my husband (a hardcore DIY guy) can't handle based on this initial experience.
