It's the employees that bring me back all of them are absolutely wonderful only one time have I come acrossed a very nasty person and that was in grooming. Otherwise PetSmart is mine place to shop for all of my dog's needs. Oh did I mention they have some Conga sales periodically. I really love PetSmart

John, from Phoenix, was the tech which came the same day as we called. He trouble shot the 12V wiring found a short. John was great. Good asset for Orangutan.

Craig Mohr was the technician that came to install a new air return grill. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and quickly replace the broken fixture. He's a very good asset to your company.

My Mother had new heating and cooling units installed. In the beginning there was a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. With the help from Heather on the phone and Dave in Tempe ( with operations), and Chris Wynn a Tech. All 3 are People People and everything worked out Fine !!!!!!!!!!!

Your technician STEVE was excellent. He took time to explain how the safety defaults for our gas furnish works. During his troubleshooting found a high burner ignition switch malfunctioned. Steve fixed the problem and was confident this was why we had no heat when it got very cold outside. Thanks very much. Very happy.....Carl

We have been without heat for the past 24 hours. Reiner, the technician, showed up only 2 hours after we called and got our furnace running properly. Reiner was friendly, courteous, and so professional in getting our heat back on. We would highly recommend Reiner.

Technician Craig Mohr came all the way down from Phoenix and did maintenance quickly and professionally. We had a problem with one of their technicians in the past, so I’m happy that they sent Craig.

I had my A/C maintenance checkup with John and Jay they were very professional and friendly. They replaced a OEM capacitor to extend the life of my compressor. They also replaced a Air Purification System they explain every thing I needed to know and showed me pictures of the items and work that was done on my unit. Had a good experience with both of them I highly recommend both of them they are both a good asset to your company. Will request them to come back next visit thank you.
