Roman was very polite and knowledgeable. He respected my house and gave me honest reviews of my system after conducting his inspection. He was extremely polite, and I highly recommend him!

All of the people Pride has sent have been stellar! They installed a new heat pump to replace my old gas furnace and swamp cooler. 90 percent of the project wad done in one day! Very professional work and my needs were considered at every step.

Roman provided clear and concise details about our HVAC system and needed future services. Also very polite and professional!

We gave these wonderful folks a call and had an electrician out within a few hours. Our new awesome friend Teagan was so knowledgeable and patient with us and our bajillion questions! He helped find some underlying issues that have been causing issues in our home and repaired them efficiently with safety in mind. Teagan is amazing and an absolute gem of an electrician, thank you so much to him and to Pride for being there when we needed help! <3

The guys that installed my units were great!! There happened to be an issue with a couple of thermostats and they stayed here all day until it was fixed. We saved some tarantulas together. Super nice and professional.

Teagan arrived on time, he was courteous and professional. Plus, he was very kind to my dog! He diagnosed my problem quickly and assured me that the problem I'm having is not with my electrical service, but with an appliance. Thanks, Teagan!

Mini split installation in garage: Allen did our quoting of this job for us. Very professional in appearance and conduct as well as thoroughly explaining everything that would be involved with an installation as well as all warranty information on the system we were considering. Quote was provided in a very timely manner. It was nice to call the office and actually have a person answer the phone who was very professional and responsive to any questions that I had all the way from requesting a quote to providing the installation date. We obtained a total of four quotes from local providers, and based on all of our criteria, cost, system features, confidence in the quoting process, etc., Pride Mechanical came out head and shoulders above as our choice! Installation crew arrived on time and went about their business in a very efficient manner. Our unit was installed and operating in 3 1/2 hours and we couldn’t be happier. Lead installer, Bert, took the time to explain the installation process, thoroughly prior to starting, and before leaving, took me through the operation of the unit, and answered all my questions concerning the units operation. All three technicians on site were professional in appearance and manner. Jobsite was left neat and clean! Very satisfied with the job they did and I would highly recommend Pride Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs!

Roman was awesome! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding AC systems. He ran through the whole system, ran multiple tests and unfortunately, it's time for my 22 year old AC system to be buried. Roman explained some of the different manufacturers and companies out there, benefits and cons to the various systems so I would be well informed. We will be replacing unit and look forward to working with Pride!

Pride has an excellent technician team. Kevin was fantastic when coming to look at our heating system for our annual checkup.

Kyle, the field manager, has excellent service skills. He was detailed and lucid in his explanations, and provided options that lowered my bill. When issues with the project required extra work hours (such as the broken spout that came with the new shower combo), he was happy to return with no added charge. He even investigated a separate problem involving my water temperature, and solved it (no extra fees).

As an added bonus , he was on time- even early- which I find is a rare thing. Thanks to Pride Plumbing and to Kyle for making a difficult process much more comfortable and easier to go through.

I’ve hired various plumbers over the years and have struggled finding someone who will break down the issues so that they aren’t a huge mystery , and who won’t suggest i make decisions that are way behind what’s practical. Finally, I found this company that I plan to hire again. Kyle was considerably helpful and transparent in explaining the issues and found ways to help me save on costs, such as accessing the shower valve through the bedroom closet drywall as opposed to busting through the bathroom tile. And he was prompt- even early- to appointments, and was easy to contact in between appointments. Thanks very much to this company.

Chris came out to provide an estimate on installing a mini split. The company and he communicated well regarding the appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.

I used the Electrical Service. Pride rep Teagan was great! Diagnosed the problem, offered several solutions, got the job done. I will definitely call Pride if needed.

My Wife and I decided to upgrade to a new system as ours was 17 years old, but still working. Jacob and Chris were the crew that installed our system. They were awesome! Timely, did not rush the work and understood the system well! I chose an upgraded efficiency system with Variable cooling capacity. The feel of the home is much more even and thermostat holds a constant 75 degrees! Humidity feel is awesome as well. Jacob and Chris explained how the install would be performed. Went just as they promised and their cleanup was so good, We could not tell they had even been to our home! The home feels better than the old One speed was able to accomplish. Very happy we chose a more comfortable option with higher energy savings! Thanks again to everyone at Pride of Tucson for a job well done!

Talked to them at the home show about getting a estimate for a split system. The people at the booth were great. Called for a estimate & David Brown came came out the same day. Knowledgeable & provided a quote for 2 sizes.before he left.

After a power outage in our community caused issues with my air conditioning units, I contacted Pride Mechanics the following morning. Their response was incredibly prompt, within just a few hours, a technician was at my home.

Hunter, the technician assigned to my service, was exceptional. I would rate him a 5 out of 5. He was highly knowledgeable and clearly experienced, but what stood out the most was his ability to explain the issue and solution in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them efficiently, restoring full functionality to both air conditioning units.

The professionalism and quality of service I received from Pride Mechanics exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We were very happy with Teigan and his work. He was punctual polite and listened to what we wanted/ needed for an unusual ask running a line for an outlet, He as well as Matt also answered our many questions and handled an ongoing problem we had with our exterior outlets. David provided the best assessment of our HVAC sys that he could. He discovered a malfunction in our air handler that prevented him from making a complete assessment. He will be returning to do the furnace repair and finish.

The Pride workers arrived early and worked diligently to remove the old a/c unit and replace it with an American Standard (Trane) unit. I mean the next comment in the best possible way…they were like monkeys climbing up onto the roof of my 2 story home. After the installation, they changed the thermostat, and tested the system. I was impressed by their performance and efficiency. I would recommend them and Pride Mechanical highly!
