These Guys are Great ! We have used them for years to help take care of our retail tire stores The staff is well trained and always gets the job done with no issues. They have done everything from general cleaning to floor maintenance to windows and construction clean up, they do it all! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Janitor for all of your cleaning needs.

Maria is the worst supervisor and unprofessional as well forever on her cell phone alwasys in a rush. No eye contact or make you feel welcome. She was always taking personal calls while traning me,harassed me for unknown reason. Still not sure why, But like every cleaning company they side with there own supervisor and each other. And if you stand up for your self or have witnesses they won't listen. Worst place but last place to work if it's your last resort. Good luck surprised its still in business

I scheduled an appointment three weeks ahead of time as I was having out of town guests. They didn’t show up and when I called they said they were just too backed up and they wouldn’t be able to make it. No call, no offer to reschedule….nothing. I won’t be calling them again.

This company does not do direct deposit or mail checks and apparently they will not mail tax forms either. My husband worked here for a while and we may be moving out of state soon. Every time he had to drive over to the company to pick up his paychecks.
When asked if they would be able to mail the W-2s for taxes they responded no. You expect us to drive/fly all the way over just to get the tax forms?? What kind of company are you? Can't spare a few cents for a stamp?? Every other legitimate company I know will mail those forms and I believe it is a requirement by law. So if he does not receive those forms come tax time this company can expect us to notify the IRS about it.

I used Mr. Janitor (aka 1st Class Tile & Carpet Cleaning) for years on multiple jobs. Their service declined after their rep Roy Pulido moved on. The last time I used them (for an exterior saltillo tile strip and re-seal) they did a terrible job. They skipped the vertical risers completely. When I asked them to return to do them, they slopped sealer all over the adjoining paint. But worst of all, they accidentally used CLEAR HIGH GLOSS INTERIOR SEALER on the entire surface, instead of the satin exterior sealer they were supposed to use. I called Matthew and he said that it would hold up just fine on an exterior application. Nope! It turns white when it gets wet, it's peeling, and the high gloss sheen is downright blinding when the sun shines on it. After using this company for over 10 years, it's time to find a more professional contractor.
