Pizza is fantastic!

After moving to Tucson we tried two other landscape firms with results ranging from weak to disastrous. From a friend's recommendation we called AZLM and could not have been more pleased. In particular, not just the team lead, but the individual members of the team sent out to our house were knowledgeable, could answer nearly any questions, gave informed responses, and worked to ensure they met our needs. We will be using them for all on-going maintenance and have engaged their parent firm Garden Gate for a full landscape redesign and implementation. Whole heartedly recommend AZLM.

I’m currently looking for a new company. I’m tired of watching on my cameras the workers just standing around doing nothing. They have killed numerous plants and my decorative lighting. Today I watched the crew show up and do 15 min of work then they sat in the truck for 30 min before dropping off the receipt and leaving. They also have sketchy billing practices .Do not recommend!

This was my 1 star review not long ago. Until……..Tyler from AZLM reached out to me to address my concerns. Tyler and his team have turned me from a hater to a believer. He reached out to me and addressed every concern I had and not only that he took my experience to a whole other level. I not only kept them on but had them install some low voltage lighting which Tony did with his crew and I received some excellent professional work. I mean top notch work and fit and finish. My regular maintenance crew is now on spot and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. How many 1 star reviews are turned into 5 star! I really think they are banging on all cylinders and I now highly recommend them. Tyler is the go to guy! Give these guys a try!

We appreciate this wonderful landscape maintenance company, they do great work and ever crew member is nice and does good work. Our yard has never looked better. Working with a company that also has a landscape installation group is really helpful for when we need to do repairs on plants or irrigation lines, or update to something new.

They have been taking care of our landscape for years. We are very pleased with the services they provide. The highest compliment we can give them is we are happy to add services when they offer them. Reliable, efficient and they clean everything up when they are done. Would not go anywhere else.

Derek, Isidro and Chris do a great job for us. They are very responsive to our requests and service needs. They often take the initiative in finding items that need special attention and talking care of them without my needing to ask. They also do a consistently good job on regular service items.

Originally this company said "No problem to have you as a quarterly maintenance client". They cleaned our yard once. Told me to call them when it's time for the next service in 3 months. I did... and as I waited for them to schedule me for like 3 weeks, then all of a sudden I get an email saying they now DO NOT want quarterly clients. Really?! Their one clean up that they did was pretty good. Average... Paid them a good price though for what seem adequate. But they won't commit to you as having you for a client. Hmmmm What kind of company doesn't want business?

Hired to complete landscape maintenance on a bi-weekly basis. I was told the crew was suppose to speak with me when they arrived to find out what work needed to be done and to check with me before they left to ensure work was completed. I always met them outside when they arrived to show them what needed to be done. They never checked with me before leaving. The work was always poorly done and things they were suppose to do that was clearly stated in the contract was not done. When discussed concerns was blown off by the landscape manager and never acknowledged by the owner. The staff does not communicate with each other. Paid everything in full before terminating the contract with them but kept receiving invoices. Was hung up on when tried to straighten the accounting out. Very poorly run business. Will not recommend or use them again.
