I have been using Rigo for years since I moved to Tucson and they are exceptional. In every way I had the pleasure of working with Martin Z today. He is the consummate professional gave me a lot of good insight and was just such a pleasure. What a gentleman a fantastic representative of the company, but I found that to be true with all of their technicians Thank you Martine. I will take your advice and see you in the next treatment.

We are very pleased with Rigo's technicians! They are thorough, organized and focused on the job, and also very polite and accomodating. It's a pleasure to work with such professionals, and I highly recommend them.

I wanted to make a quick review about my personal experience with RIGO Pest control. My guy "Trevor" has been faithfully coming to my home for about 3 1/3 years trying diligently to rid our home of Midges. Unfortunately nothing seems to work. Believe me, it's not for lack of trying on his part! He has sprayed and sprayed inside and outside my home to no avail. I'm always very happy to see him apon arrival. He's always on time, professional, friendly and listens to my concerns. There couldn't be a better exterminator out there in my personal opinion! He's awesome!

Rigo performed an inspection before we purchased our home. They were courteous and professional and recommended the existing homeowner’s pest control service again treat an area for termites before we purchase our home (which they did). It would have been easy to continue the pest control service the previous homeowner had, but we decided to get on a quarterly plan with Riggo. Daniel, Moto and everyone we have dealt with have been wonderful. We highly recommend Rigo.

Eric Bell is an expert. Thanks for scouting everything out and following through perfectly. His team knocked this out in three consecutive days by placing and monitoring twenty traps and then collapsing and backfilling pack rat nest locations. So glad that we found you with Rigo Pest.

Just wow! We were blessed enough to have Alec the lead termite technician come over to assist us and we were very impressed! He did a great job at going over his recommendations with us very thoroughly, made us feel really listened to and left no doubt in our mind that this is the company we want to go with moving forward. Rigo pest has a real gem in this guy.

We used Rigo for our home inspection, pest treatment, and termite treatment, and I can’t speak highly enough about everyone that has come out. Daniel, Matthew, Martin and Alec are all very professional and personable. I appreciate how much care they’ve taken with explaining everything and how great they were with our dog.

We just switched to Rigo Pest Prevention after 5+ years with Arizona Pest Control. What a difference. Garrett (from Rigo) was thorough, friendly, and able to accommodate all of my requests. He will be great to work with for our quarterly services.

We ditched AZ Pest Control after I caught our tech (Alan McElroy) on camera just kicking the rodent boxes and not actually rebaiting them. That was a monthly service; who knows how long that was happening.

Very good service. The technician took his time explaining to us various things that we could do to help control pests. Also did a very thorough job applying the various pesticides around our home. All in all, we are very satisfied.

I have been using Rigo Pest for my home up in NW area of Tucson for just over one year. The service has always been great. They communicate well prior to the appointment and have been willing to adjust times to accommodate my schedule. They have been detailed to develop a project plan and can accomodate my home, pet, family, and concerns for environment. The main issues that I was having seemed to disappear with in a week or two of the initial visit. Michael was extremely thorough, kind, and considerate. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my fear of bugs and what to look out for. I feel very confident in his work, which means a lot coming from someone with a bug phobia.

Zach was very professional very efficient in the way he explained his service. It was a pleasure having him do our pest control.

I had wasps that were getting into a light fixture inside one of my bathrooms. Eric from Rigo Pest Prevention came over, he identified they were getting in through the bathroom vents, he targeted and treated the 2! wasps nests, and then he prevented future infestations by putting a wire screen over all the vents. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Rigo Pest Prevention was recommended to me by my realtor friend and I see why! I highly recommend them.
