Thank you Rocky, for coming to fix yet another plumbing issue in recent crisis. Aarow Plumbing is honest, conscientious, and very responsive. Two plumbing crises in 2 weeks: a backed up toilet at my spa, Indigo Oasis, then a water heater in the fritz today. Whew, so glad to have them on my “team!”

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

We had "double trouble" - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our "go to" plumber from now on.

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

This company is truly amazing when it comes to plumbing repair. They are honest, hardworking and prompt in their repairs. They have excellent communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!! AJ came out and gave me a very detailed plan for running a natural gas line for my pool heater project. His knowledge and attention to detail helped me avoid a major and costly pitfall that would have caused the whole project to fail.
