Karen was excellent. Very professional, prompt and did excellent work on a very complex old backflow preventor.

I find the Accurate Backflow Testing and Repair Inc. company to be informative and educated with help in all areas of backflow prevention. The personal have been working in the safewater industry for 25 years and I feel their knowledge completed the tasks at hand in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly.

Their response rate was fast. However, I am compelled to give them a two star because the customer service reps are really rude and very passive aggressive. Perhaps that staff is stressed out or spread too thin. Hope this feedback helps improve their service.

The most rude treatment I have ever had! They did work that I wasnt happy with and yelled at me for questioning them.
