Outstanding in every way. We got next morning service, on time, a knowledgeable technician. An honest assessment of our old circuit breaker box ,and fair charge for the work and part. Our tech was Russell, if I had a business, I would hire him.

Bert's was able to make an appointment for two days after I called. They were able to be earlier than expected on the day scheduled. The total time the tech worked was just over an hour and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. And it was very affordable. The tech wore a mask per my request and was both friendly to me and my dog. Turns out a breaker just needed to be upgraded. Thanks to Bert's my AC will be working strong for a long time.

We have used perhaps 3-4 plumbers from large and small companies in Tucson to help us with a drain issue that has lingered for nearly 1 year. One of them accurately diagnosed it, and never came back to repair it, despite many calls. All were expensive; none very helpful.
Our neighbor recommended Craig at Bert's Plumbing. He and Joey came out on time, worked hard, explained everything that they were doing, and used a camera to show us the issue. They even helped us fix an automatic sink that we mentioned when they were here. Craig is so knowledgable. Joey persisted in a challenging job (and double checked everything). I don't post many reviews, but will not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had a garbage disposal installed by Joey, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, Joey was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the installation process to us and gave us helpful tips to maintain the unit. He answered all of our questions with patience and expertise.

Once the installation began, Joey worked efficiently and carefully, making sure that everything was installed correctly and functioning properly before he left. He even took the time to clean up after himself.

Joey also did an adjustment on our toilet with the same professionalism.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with Joey's professionalism and expertise. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services, and will be calling him again in the future if we need any additional work done. Thank you, Joey, for your excellent service!

One of the guys from Bert’s found my debit card on the ground and turned it into my apartment complex Managers office. I tried to walk by and thank him but he was on the phone and seemed like he didn’t even want credit. I’m a good person with the same level of integrity. I never want credit or tell anyone when I do something good. It’s my character to just do the right thing. People like this do the right thing when no one is watching. I know that the guys at Bert’s are honest people with good morals. Definitely people I’d trust to do good work

Bert's just replaced our water service line to the house & upgraded the electric panel to 200 amps. Very reasonably priced, timely work done (including the trenching), and we were only without water/power for a very short period of time. Would highly recommend.

Worst decision of your life

Owner was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had a low boy water heater installed.It was a tight space and it took a lot of work.Craig was the lead technician and he had to take off the door and the frame.He ripped up a part of the wall and it needed repair.He never expressed to me that when he took off the frame that there would be damage.He never apologized or suggested that the company would fix the damage.I left two messages with the receptionist and never received a call back.I got two bids for $200 and $300 to repair the wall and both told me that the frame could have been taken off with no obvious damage.They both thought that it was sloppy and done out of frustration because the water heater was difficult to install.I accepted the bid for$200 and the work will take two visits to repair and paint.I received a call from Ken another technician and he made excuses and offered no help.I would not recommend this company.

This company needs to educate their drivers on driving etiquette… Today I simply pulled out of the parking spot… Apparently upset the driver ... he honked at me and threw a fit in the truck behind me. Show a little of professionalism!!

This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with any "service" company. The owners are rude and unprofessional, they show up when they feel like it, do the work they feel like doing and charge a premium price for subpar work. It was a nightmare dealing with them because they have no knowledge of customer service. Really, just awful.
