Tyson was great to work with and shared the options between fixing and replacing our existing toilets. We chose to replace both and, even with shopping and finding them, he was able to pick them both up and replace them the same day. Both old toilets were removed and the new ones were installed completely without any issues. We would have him back any time for any other projects.

This is a late review of this Great Company.
I had my water heater stop working last year. So I had been with out of a heater for 4 months. I contacted them and they set a price for the work. They had to rebuild the area where the heater sat. 4 hours and a new water heater. I could never say enough or sing their praises enough. We'll use them for all of my needs for plumbing future.

Excellent service! We had a big, dig-up-the-driveway problem with our main sewer line caused by tree roots and a botched earlier repair. The issue was quickly diagnosed and cleared the day we called, and then Craftsman's returned and fixed the underlying issue a few days later. They were here on time, and worked quickly and cleanly. Our driveway doesn't even look like it was dug up. We are very satisfied and everything is working perfectly.

They repiped my home which is a very costly and disruptive job. Their price was reasonable and they explained each step along the way. They also were able to connect me with the person who repaired the drywall and painted and you'd never know they were there. I use them for all my plumbing needs.

I’ve worked with Adrian & Craftsman Plumbing 3 times. First, he repaired another plumber’s work! Some of the plumbing issues were old & Adrian had to search all over Tucson or special order the parts. He’s considerate, skilled, dedicated & professional.

We are remodeling a small bathroom in an older home and needed a complete plumbing job for it, including a new connection to the main sewer line. Craftsman's did everything professionally and promptly. It was great working with Adrian, Tim, and their crew. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

5 star. Most excellent service. Courtesy, trustworthy, honest knowledgeable , bester prices than anyone in town. They came out twice both for emergencies , even after hours. High tech equipment, no corporations scams. They fixed what Cummings plumbing didn't. They saved our whole sanitation the first time and rescued us and our wood floors from a wayer tank break. They had more knowledge and experience than the 12 other plumbers we had out previously and fixed the whole problem. They gave us back our sustainable lives with fresh healthy clean water and confidence that we choose the only company worthy of the job. We are truly blessed to have had Craftmans plumbing. Don't be scammed by commercial advertising companies ever again. Use Craftmans plumbing and know they will get your job done right the first time. Craftsmen's Plumbing is great to work with. They are reliable, show up when they say they will and have reasonable prices. They also clean up after themselves and don't leave a mess behind.

Craftsman’s is great! They have done several sewer inspections, and plumbing repairs for us. Adrian and his team are always available to answer any question you have and they have exceptional customer service!

This company is doing great things. A young company but their willingness to do the tough jobs - correctly is spot on. They saved us after the other big name company "since 1948" screwed up the new water softener discharge connection in our attic. It blew apart during the first regen and flooded our home in the middle of the night. Aidrian and and his crew spent an entire day reaching up into the attic to fix the vent line the others used since it was hacked apart. After that they installed a more direct route for the regen water pipe and installed a new "water box" in the laundry room - designed for softeners.
Two monthes later he and assistant created a masterful job of rerouting the plumbing under new kitchen sink. Was not easy with the existing convoluted plumbing but it looks amazing and so professional compared to the blown "franken-pipe" in the attic. They installed new disposal and will return to install a new RO system. Craftsman will be our new BEST PLUMBER IN TUCSON!

What an amazing experience!! Adrian was so professional and friendly. I got a quote for plumbing from a competitor and I felt like something didn’t seem right. Adrian came and told me exactly what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, at half the price I was originally was quoted. I’m so happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!
