Update- when they first came out to fix our leak, they asked if we wanted their VIP Package. We bought it. They recently came out to do our first inspection. Kyler was amazing! Spent a ton of time going through our HVAC system. And the team who checked our water system was equally amazing (I can't find the paper with their names, sorry!).

We've had Fusion do work for us on several occasions, and they have always been amazing. Fair price, great communication, respectful team members. Can't thank them enough!

I've used Fusion Plumbing for a few different repairs that have come up over the years. Each time, the entire experience has been professional and smooth from start to finish. They were recommended to me by a friend after another company gave me a jaw dropping estimate, but Fusion was able to get everything done on a very reasonable budget. I absolutely hate plumbing issues, but I at least feel confident knowing that Fusion will be responsive and get me squared away.

Kyler is kind and honest, and recommended what is best for our living space and comfort. I love the comment he made to us, that he treats customers as if he were attending to his own grandmother. We need more people like him in this industry and in this world. Thank you Fusion, and thank you Tyler for your great service. We appreciate you!

I called Fusion Plumbing on a Sunday morning as I had no water to my home at around 830 am. They had a service technician here shortly around 11 clock.
Adam Witherell knew exactly what the problem was, told me what he had to do and gave me an estimate. He was professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the work, the time it took and reasonable price. I would highly
recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

Great experience with Fusion plumbing! Adam and Chris came out to repair a shut off valve and also ended up replacing some of the main water line. Adam was very professional and definitely experienced. He worked fast and thorough at identifying and fixing the problems. He gave us several options and price points for the repairs. Adam was very sensitive to our needs. I definitely appreciated the quick response and fast repair. I would highly recommended Adam and fusion plumbing! Thank you!

Fusion Plumbing stands behind its work!  We had a new sewer line installed in 2021. An issue with the line was identified during a recent house inspection. I contacted Fusion and Shane quickly responded and scheduled Adam to come out the next day to camera the line to validate the concern.  Adam then discussed the issue with Fusion management, without us needing to be involved, and the repair was made the next morning.  From us bringing the issue to Fusion's attention to the repair being completed was 48 hours - that's pretty awesome - and without any discussion or hassel. In addition, Shane and Wyatt's follow-up in getting us the needed documentation was timely and greatly appreciated.

Their immediate response was amazing. My call was on a Sunday when my AC went out, and they called me that same day.
Then they had someone at my door on Monday, and had my new unit installed and running on Tuesday. They have an amazing team! Thank you to all!

Techs, Were very polite and courteous. We are a industrial building with three large mini splits. They went through all
3 and replaced the one not working. The office mini needed a control board. We ordered it and they back came installed it, also replaced the wall thermostat as it was not working either. No charge. We are now in good shape, ready for summer. I also hired Fusion to put an AC on my sons house. I trust there work.

Fusion reached out almost immediately to set up an appointment. Adam thoroughly inspected my water heater situation. He found some other things I would need to address. He was very thorough. Adam set up time for the following day and did great work. The new water heater is working good. The work area was very clean and organized.

3/12/23:
Adam and Adrian came over and installed a bull horn on my sewer line today. I appreciate the timeliness and quality of their work. They cleaned up the area nicely. Explained the work that had been done. As long as these two are with the company I’ll feel confident choosing Fusion for any future needs.

Kyle and Dylan showed up earlier than I thought they might, which was great. They were friendly, personable and professional. They worked efficiently and continuously, with no standing around outside talking on their phones or smoking or other nonprofessional activities not related to the job I was paying for while at my home. I'm so glad this company ended up getting the plumbing job from the referral service I found on craigslist for plumbing work. This was my first experience with Fusion Plumbing and now that I have had this good experience with these two reps from this company, I feel better knowing I have a good plumbing company to call at any point in the future.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful in helping me set up an appointment and was flexible in changing the appointment to better suit my schedule.
I received both a text message and a call from Kyle letting me know the approximate time they would arrive at my house. Kyle and Colt were the installers of the toilets, and both of them were friendly, courteous young men.
They answered all of our questions, and completed the install in a timely and efficient manner.
I would highly recommend Fusion Plumbing for all your plumbing in installation needs.

I contacted Fusion Tuesday 12/10/24 around 1:30 pm and the tech was at the house at 4 p.m.. He determined what the problem was , but would have to return the next day to repair it. Within a couple of hours the next day the furnace was repaired and running. Noah the tech was very personable and professional. I recommend them very highly.

Very professional and honest. Treated my base knowledge as a bonus and did not talk down to me. No greasy used car sales approach... refreshing. I was lucky to find a package that better fit my budget and they could not compete enough for me to pass up what I had found so another company got the bid, but my limited experience with Fusion has been very positive.
After the replacement service call, the owner reached out the next day to follow up...no pushy sales agenda, just great person to person service. If you are considering Fusion, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to impress you.

Called Fusion close to closing hours and they still managed to get a technician out before the emergency surge pricing through some quick coordination with their technicians and friendly dispatch. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, and patient, considering the hour and that the problem would bleed into the following day. Kyle diagnosed the problem and laid a plan out with me before leaving for the evening. Kyle returned the following morning with Mark and they not only had the problem fixed (in the rain) quickly and had water restored to my house, but they improved upon the problem area they had been working on. You can tell they take pride in the finished product the are providing. I’ve already arranged for them to also take care of my A/C. Would recommend the company as a whole. From dispatch to finished job, all interactions were a positive experience. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fusion Plumbing and Air, and I must say, their service is outstanding! Loved their customer service. Set apt, sent me email and text confirmation. Was reminded day before, day of received 'on our way' notice. They were on time and did not rush me with my questions. For $99 spring check up, they very informative & pictures helping me understand what work they did and no pressure suggestions & options for future. Looking forward to fall heater check up which is covered in this $99. Great to have a honest & reliable plumber, Thank you Sean and your staff.

Great experience with Fusion Plumbing and Kyle. Kyle was onsite within two hours after placing call to Fusion. He examined leaking plumbing that needed to be replaced, he made recommendations, made run to pickup needed parts, then did needed repairs. Excellent service. I will use Fusion again and recommend them.

Jonas, our technician today for our annual system inspection was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of his inspection process and made recommendations as needed. Prices are competitive and all interactions with this business have been easy so far. Very happy new customers!

Called for an estimate on some plumbing work, Kyle from Fusion plumbing called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived as expected was personable, knowledgeable and informative. He let me know exactly what the job entailed, gave me a fair estimate and let me know when he would be able to do the work. I look forward to getting the job done.
