Extremely grateful for Roy and Manuel who came to help us with a water leak outside, they came the very next day and fixed it. Took them what seemed like 20 minutes but it was so quick and they were very nice and explained everything throughly! Thank you again!

Armando arrived on time and performed a repair of the water line from the water meter to the house. He was very professional and performed all phases of the job expeditiously. He has got to be the hardest working man I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Presidio was assigned by Service Line to repair a bad leak in my main water line. The line was in such poor condition that a full replacement was in order. Presidio argued for a full replacement, but were refused. Presidio asked if we could manage without water until the next morning so they could ask their supervisor to lobby on our behalf with Service Line Warranty. We agreed, and were delighted to learn full replacement had been approved! That same day they came fully prepared, dug a brand new trench, cleared away some branches and roots, and in two hours the new line was in, the trench was back-filled, and we had running water again. Bottom line: Presidio ROCKS!!

Water heater went out late Friday night. Called my warranty company first thing Saturday morning and Presidio had someone out by 2 pm. It was an easy fix, but technician Roy was courteous, professional and communicative about the process.

I was assigned Presidio Plumbing through my warranty company. Roy came out the next day with his helper, Daniel. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. So much, in fact, that he provided me with contact info for maps and departments downtown.

Unlike companies in the past where they just punch through the clog and try to sell you on expensive flushes, Roy and Daniel did the job twice to confirm that it was done correctly and efficiently.

There should be a superstar button on these reviews I am a terminally disabled veteran my hot water heater went out my warranty company was and is the worst I have ever dealt with Eric with presidio plumbing was amazing he communicated with me everyday it took a week for the warranty company to say they weren't going to cover the hot water tank at this point I was left with no choice but to come out of pocket for the hot water tank Eric did me a great Justice this company went above and beyond it's nice to know there are still small businesses out there that care about what US veterans did thank you team presidio for impeccable service
I'm guessing those of you that gave bad reviews probably lacked proper communication skills and just wanted things your way

We filed a claim with our home warranty last night, and Leo showed up today at 11 am. We thought we had issues with our pipes, but turns out it was an easy fix in our toilet. Leo had it fixed in one hour and we are super thankful! Great company, quick to fix, and very professional!

We woke up with water pouring out of a seam in our garage. Called our home service line warranty company and they had Presidio out right away. Since the break was under a concrete pad Gabriel wanted to have a detection service in to pinpoint the leak. They came the next morning and marked the leak. The break was exactly where it was marked. This all occurred on a Thursday and we thought for sure we’d be without water through the weekend. To are surprise, Gabriel, came back this morning and we had water by noon. I’ve dealt with a number of plumbing companies in Tucson and I was really impressed with the service, their concern that we have water over the weekend and they cleaned up the area. I would highly recommended them, as their dedication to service is remarkable in today’s economy. On top of this their are also recommending a concrete company in to repair the pad.

Hardly any contact from them. They showed up whenever they wanted to and when I wasn't home or available because I worked. Had to wait an extra week to get service. They also didn't show up during scheduled time nor call to reschedule.

Stay far away the other reviews are true and I can confirm

Worst experience ever. Six weeks and still no hot water. Will NEVER work with them again. When I called to complain and tell after the 6 weeks, the owner yelled at me and told me I was wrong.

After waiting all day on a Saturday this guy calls 3 minutes before he is supposed to arrive and says he won't get on the roof where our clean out is located. We explicitly told them hours earlier that the clean out was located on the roof. He said it was against city code and refused to help us. Not if your home was built in 1958!

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.
