Called TPS and Leonard came out to inspect water heater that was acting up. After recommending a couple options for repair l, I ultimately went through with purchasing a new one. Leonard was able to get a team out the following day. They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were friendly, respectful of the work area and did a clean job installing and cleaning up. Kudos to Leonard and the team. Thanks!

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand.
