George is a trust worthy trades person and a detail oriented plumber. He not only fixed the issue with my pressure regulation in the house, but also recommended several items to help me avoid a future service call and proactively fixed that too. All at a reasonable cost....I would absolutely recommend him!

George and Aaron are awesome folks to work with. I had a shower replacement that needed to be done right away and the owner George was able to squeeze me in and have the job done the same day. That's something many companies don't do, they do care. Zing Plumbing is highly recommended!

George really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. He came out and took care of my moms plumbing needs on a mobile home that is over 50 years old. He is very kind and got the work done in a timely manner. I have already asked him to replace two of my toilets in my own home as well. You will not be disappointed with George!

We have used Zing Plumbing on at least 3 occasions. First time I was trying to replace a shower cartridge and it would not budge. Called another plumber who quickly threw in the towel. Called George at Zing and he was able to get things fixed.
Used Zing another time for my in-laws pressure test and to update their plumbing. George was very patient with my in-laws who were both dealing with Alzheimer's.
The 3rd time was to give some advice on the gas fittings for our oven. He was able to troubleshoot it and point me in the right direction.
I would use Zing again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

I called George at short notice he was very punctual. The work was done gently because the pipes in my house are old. He was courteous and very professional and I enjoyed hearing his expertise and the job was completed in a very efficient, calm manner..

Zing Plumbing is Awesome ! They were able to come out after 5:00 pm and fix a water shutoff valve which meant turning the water off for the entire Condominium Building. The water was back on in a matter of minutes and George was very nice, clean and friendly. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Most recently George has installed a new toilet for us. In the past he has also re-piped and repaired our sewer lines and the backups we were having. We are very impressed with the degree of professionalism and integrity this company displays. George, on the first call to our house took care of our mystery sewer smell and fixed/re-set our toilet collar and fixture. He provided an array of options and was gracious in explaining the process. Very clean work from set up to pick up. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

George responder to a plumbing issue with the master bath shower, which was the result of a small leak leak in the pipe for the shower head. George walked me through his plan for the repair and took my input as well, which I very much appreciated. He provided a quote for the repair at a fair price and completed the fix in a timely matter. Once completed he gave me the opportunity to review his work and see if anything worse needed to be done. Fantastic work and I would recommend Zing plumbing to anyone with a need for a plumber.

My husband and I had a water conditioning system installed in our house by George Etchen with Zing Plumbing at a very reasonable cost. He was highly recommended to begin with and he did a GREAT job! He was very informative and explained the whole process to be sure we knew what to expect. He was quick but thorough, even making sure to wipe down all areas he was working in which indicates pride in his work. I wanted to be sure to share our experience to help others looking for reliable plumbing needs!

Great service. Did a great job. Was here when he said he would. Cleaned up when finished. Knew what he was doing with replacement of water heater. Took the old one away. When he was done he explained everything to me. Would recommend this company.

George was extremely professional, on time, and worked quickly. All positive, and highly qualified for any size job. Happy to finally find a plumber in Tucson I can 100% recommend and trust!

Wow! I wasn't expecting the work to be done the same day of our first appointment. Usually places come out for the estimate and then you have to make a follow-up appointment for the work to be done. George came to update/install the flanges and water valves so I could install new toilets in my 1950s home. He offered tiered pricing options including installing toilets down to just doing the work I needed, which I greatly appreciated. He was quick and efficient, and cleaned up the work areas when he was done. He even offered me a few tips for installing the toilets! George is friendly, respectful, honest, and professional. I highly recommend him, and I will use him again if I have any plumbing issues!

We saw the five star rating for Zing and called for a problem we had with sink and were advised that George would call us back for appointment about 1 hour later we spoke with George and he said they would be out at the house by 5 oclock and he came right on time. he was very personable and got down to business taking care of the sink. We as seniors were surprised at how very nice we were treated. He was knowledgeable and fast. Completed the job and asked if we needed other work while he was there. The charge was very reasonable and did not take advantage of us as seniors. I would definitely call them again. Thanks Zing Plumbing

We really enjoyed having George install our water softener. He was very honest and upfront about the job, and what would be involved in the install. We were able to get it installed within a couple days of consultation. He did a great job on the install and worked with the quickness of an experienced professional plumber!

George at Zing Plumbing is amazing! I have been a client for years - he has repaired and replaced everything in both my rentals and my home from water shut off valves (yesterday), to leaking water heaters, to trenching the front yard and replacing a pipe that was shooting a fountain of water in the yard. I trust him to be fair, honest, on time, and fix things right the first time.

George was efficient, worked with purpose, didn't waste any time, and cleaned up carefully after he finished each task. He is knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. George was great. On time and guided me through the changes that needed to be made. Gave me an alternative option when it turned out we would need to install a switch for the garbage disposal. I actually like the air line look and push button on the sink a lot more!

Zing Plumbing is the best! From the very first time he came to our house George was professional, friendly and polite. Also very patient with all the questions I have, and knowledgeable. Always on time, too, what more could you ask for? Being an older, single woman, I’m a little nervous when it comes to choosing plumbers or repairmen in general, but I really feel confident with his work, pricing, and demeanor. I’m so glad there’s someone I can trust to help with those plumbing emergencies!

George was a lifesaver for me today. Shortly after getting up, I discovered a fairly substantial water leak. Zing Plumbing was incredibly responsive being at my house within an hour of my call. The repair was finished within a reasonable time with George communicating expertly, honestly and respectfully. Will definitely use Zing again.
