AC went out on Saturday, July 1. We called Sunland. The tech was at our door in less than 20 min. He expertly fixed the problem, was professional and was very clean while completing the job. Our AC was back up and running in just under an hour from the time we called. Highly recommend this company and Ryan in particular.

I value honestly and no pressure the most in businesses. My A/C went out recently and Andrea and Ryan (Tony, too) made this as painless as possible. I was loaned a portable A/C unit for my cats and I, and set up with financing that met my budget. They were always there for questions. I know there are probably places that would be a little less expensive, but I know exactly what to expect and no 'hidden' agendas to sell me something I don't need. Thank you all!

The office staff is outstanding and scheduling an appointment is very simple -- with the technician showing up on time, including a courtesy call when they are on the way. One technician is Ryan! Wow! What a gem and professional! He has been to our house numerous time for preventive maintenance and is always thinking of ways to make the systems work at peak performance. Even after a recent issue, Ryan made an additional visit to check the system again. When Sunland or Ryan delivers their recommendation, we know the work truly needs done, and will be done correctly.
