Got out to replace hot water heater on the date I asked, and work was completed in a timely fashion. Price was below what I was quoted and Steve and Randy are both wonderful to deal with!!!

I would give them a 100% as far as plumbers for simply answering the phone. So much better than the other 5 plumbers I called. Send a guy the same day and fixed the problem.

Despite being a really busy time for them, they managed to get a plumber to my house within a day of me calling, and he got our leak fixed in record time despite it being underground in the middle of the woods. Used them once before to fix a stopped up sewer pipe, and again they did a superb job. I recommend you call A&K first if you have a plumbing problem, just as I will.

Their best employee quit and the quality of work has fallen dramatically

Steve does not stand by his repair work that does not hold and continues to be an issue and refuses to do anything about it. I do not recommend using these guys for your plumbing needs.

I had a terrible experience with their service! The technician arrived an hour late and was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t follow proper service protocols and admitted he didn’t know how to fix the urinal tool. After charging us around $500 to fix a small leak and other issues, I learned my lesson the hard way. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

I would give zero if I could to replace the facuet handle. I got 3 holes cut out in the ceiling because they will not look at the problem first; they cut holes to find the issue, so an 8 dollar job cost me 316.00 plus whatever it cost me to replace the ceiling they cut up . I did speak with the owner, who said that is usually their first route is to cut holes first, so please save yourself the money and use someone else
