I have been an industrial professional for over ten years, dealt with countless contractors, and their inefficiencies to deliver as promised. This company far exceeded expectations.

I was a victim of the great softball war from heaven. Massive boulders of hail destroyed my roof and skylight. Within two weeks of coming out, his crew started working. Within 8 hours of arriving, they knocked out over 35 squares!! The owners even checked back on their work before they'd sign off on the claim.

Like I had mentioned previously, I have worked with over a dozen private contractors that promise results, these boy's delivered!

Working with Nick was great. Very professional and polite. Quickly responded and began work immediately getting our garage put back together after an accident on easter weekend. Will absolutely hire again and recommend.

We used witham & moreland construction after the March 31st tornado damaged my mom’s home. Nick was great to work with and helped get a lot of work redone that a previous contractor did and made a mess of. They finished the project as expected and went above and beyond on the project. Would definitely recommend them to anyone as a trustworthy, honest contractor.

They were great to work with! They replaced our roof, siding and metal patio in a very short amount of time and all of their work was excellent. Luke stayed in touch with me through the entire process making sure everything went smooth.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Luke and his partner. They not only replaced my siding and roof, but also assisted me with a plumbing issue that coincidentally occurred at the same time. Their fairness and thoroughness in their work were commendable. We called Luke Witham to come and inspect our roof !! He came out and we all agreed we was needing a complete roof replacement. Him and his crew came out they were very Professional and Knowledgeable and very polite!! We knew our roof was bad , but we didn’t know how bad until we were showed pictures of before and after the roof was replaced!! They picked up all the trash and left everything looking Amazing!! I Strongly recommend them for all your roofing or restoration needs !! I would give them 10stars !!

Their timeliness, customer service, help with insurance claim questions, cleanup, and workmanship is spot on! Both roof and siding look outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. Witham & Moreland Construction and Services came out and replaced our roof in a day. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. He kept us updated through out the day with pictures of our roof. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done to our home. Would recommend to anyone that needs any type of repair. We will use them again for anything that we need in the future!
