We absolutely love RKL! Our paths first crossed seven years ago when we moved into a house that RKL had been servicing. We learned quickly that we needed a new AC unit which RKL installed. Since then, we’ve used them for seasonal service maintenance. They are always responsive to our needs and come to our home quickly when we have a problem. Their service is top notch, and they do great work! We highly recommend them!

I recently had some issues with my HVAC system.I had called RKL Heating and Cooling as a second opinion and estimate for repair or replace.Robert came out and reviewed all the issues I was having and gave me a fair and honest assessment of the situation and options to fix.I ended up replacing the HVAC system.The two gentleman that came out were prompt,efficient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC repair or install.

This business is so awesome! Buddy was quick and professional. I had an appointment set for Tuesday, but my thermostat was running 91 degrees on Sunday. I explained my financial situation and they accomendated me! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!

We tried calling our regular heating and air company and didn't get an answer, so my husband called RKL Heating and Cooling, and we're glad we did. They weren't sure if someone could come out today because of the rain but said they would try since the cold weather is coming. Well, within the hour someone was here. He was very courteous and was able to diagnose the issue. He had our heat working in under an hour! Before coming inside, he took off his boots to avoid making our floor dirty. Very respectful and knowledgeable. It was well worth the price. I think we will call them from now on. Thank you RKL!

Rob and Jeff were very thorough with the assessment of my unit inside and out. It was my first time with the company and they will definitely be my next. The efficiency and price is amazing!

Kyle was amazing, went above and beyond, after my first time using RKL, I knew that they would be my preferred provider, a couple years later, and they still continue to impress me with their professionalism and commitment to customer service.

I will not use anyone else after the experience I just had with RKL Heating and Cooling Inc. Very responsive to my calls and within 1 day of calling them, my new unit is now installed. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. It was second to none. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable on any questions I had.

RKL Heating and Cooling is a rare find. I called them randomly off of a Google search. They showed up within 24 hours to give me a quote and stuck to it. The equipment was installed quick and with what appeared to be much attention to detail. HERE IS THE BEST PART. I left my place unlocked for them to install the vent covers while I was away. I had left something very valuable laying out on accident. The workers saw the item lying on the ground and placed it in an area I would see it when I returned 2 days later. No one was home and they could have easily taken it. It is such a rare thing these days to find honest, competent people! Having peace of mind when you hire someone is priceless.(but their prices are great)

Would highly recommend RKL heating and cooling. They installed a new furnace system today after our air went out on Saturday. So easy to work with and the crew, David and Kyle were very knowledgeable about what they do. Very friendly and prompt.

We have been thrilled since discovering RKL last year when our AC suddenly died on a Saturday morning in the middle of summer heat. They were the only company I found locally who would come out on a Saturday morning and they fixed the problem at minimal expense that very morning. Fast forward to today, they continue to impress. Our 42 year old furnace finally died, again in high summer, disabling our entire AC system. Robert chatted with me directly and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new furnace on Friday... They estimated it might arrive early the next week... But incredibly they called me Monday morning to tell me they were on the way to install! By mid afternoon we now have a new, working system once more and I couldn't be more happy with their service and professionalism!

RKL HVAC has been a great source for our Heating and AC! Our builder used them and they have been so professional and responsive! These guys give me hope for America! Thank you RKL!

New customer to RKL. Responded to service request same day of request. Buddy Ayers was our service technician. He was prompt knowledgeable and had our AC unit back up and running in no time. Very friendly and kind. Answered all my questions. Very pleased with technician and RKL service! Will definitely use in the future.

our experience with them is five star they are great. They responded to us with a technician within two hours on July 14 when our house was struck by lightning and took the entire HVAC system out. the tech discovered a fire in the unit cause by a gas line blowout. Thank God, they came so quickly. when the actual installation began they showed up one morning at 8:30 and it was hot, hot hot. They worked so hard and tirelessly up in the hot attic for 6-7 hours, reinstalling all the new equipment and getting it up and running. They are a family owned business in Benton and I highly recommend them.

I recommend RKL. RKL is a very reliable company. I purchased a HVAC from them in 2022 at reasonable price among 4 bids! Currently everything is working. They crew were very professional and insure minimum debri in my home during installation.

We had both AC units out in our home and it has been hot! I called and within two hours, Robert showed up to inspect the units. LESS than 48 hours later, we had two new units installed. The guys that did the install worked very hard, were courteous, and got the job done! Amazing company and people!

We had our a/c go out on a Friday at 2pm and by 3:30 the owner was at my house checking our unit, he was out helping his employees because they were busy. He informed us that the unit needed to be replaced and got us the price within an hour and had they had it replaced and running within 24 hrs. Super friendly and helpful we won't be using anyone else but RKL heating and cooling!

We have been without AC for a while now because we were terrified it was going to be a hard and expensive fix. We went through another company a few years back and they “fixed it”, left, and not even an hour later we had to call them back because it didn’t fix. They cost a fortune. RKL came today, and a man named Buddy was so friendly and sweet and fixed our AC within literally 15 minutes. And very VERY reasonable pricing as well. I could not be happier with this company and will definitely be back if we have any HVAC problems. I will recommend to anyone!

Robert the owner was very helpful in making sure we were getting the correct air handling unit. And his crew were professional and explained everything to our satisfaction. They also went above and beyond and also installed a new hot water heater for us.

RKL Heating and Cooling is the best of the best. They have installed over 20 full hvac systems for me in different home build projects. I use them because of their quality of work, honesty and pricing. All the way from the owner to the front desk I have never had any issues. Quality people, quality work, and quality product!!! A1 in my book :)

I called about an issue on Saturday and they had someone out by Monday morning! They were very nice and I am satisfied with my overall service! I will continue to use this company from now on. Kyle and Eli were my technicians and did a great job!

Amazing work from start to finish. Robert came out and gave us a very reasonable price to replace a very antiquated system. He had it put in less than 3 days later. The installation technicians were very respectful and educational for our team. They cleaned up afterwards. Great experience all around.
