Bryson and the team at Jett heat and air were extremely transparent when it came to dealing with a home warranty issue concerning my air conditioner.
They let me know the process With the home warranty, and since our air-conditioning was out in July, we decided to forgo the

warranty company and work directly with Jett to get a new AC installed
Once we determine what model we were getting, they were out the next day to have it installed
I bought the unit with a lifetime warranty, and so far and extremely happy with it.

Jet Heat and Air came out today, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We’d been without AC for 4 nights, and Grant (our technician) got us fixed up. He added Freon, replaced a contactor, and now the house is finally cool again. He was quick, professional, and knew exactly what to do. We’ll actually be able to sleep tonight—huge relief!
