Some rooms in my home had only one vent, some 2. Sean is so good at customizing direct flow that I notice no difference in temps moving through my home, as before. Smart guy.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days in Central, AR. I worked with Blake Humphrey on what his recommendations were for my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! He let me know my payment options and went above and beyond to make this a stress free process. I picked my payment option Friday afternoon and he was able to get a crew out that evening to have my new system installed. I explained I was a single mom with two girls and he was able to get a crew together to get us all set up so we wouldn’t have to go all weekend without AC! Mike Lopez was one of the technicians who installed my new system. He had a positive attitude and was willing to help. He worked diligently to change out my systems and ensure everything was operating properly. Joe & Jaylen were the other two techs who were just as amazing as Mike. Their ability to work together and knock this job out was impressive! They had me up and running in no time. These men didn’t have to come on a late Friday evening to set up a new system, but they did. This exemplifies their morale and dedication to their work and their customers. This is what true teamwork looks like for sales and operations making this a wonderful and stress free process as a customer. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had these gentleman take one problem off of my hands!

He was extremely pleasant, easy going, and thorough at describing the job and handling the paperwork. I was having a bad day, early that morning, but he stayed professional. Seems minor, but he had great people skills and told me step by step what he did to keep the system maintained. The pump system was already high quality, also purchased from Middletown about a year ago. All around good experience.

I have had issues with my AC unit twice now, and both times I have called Middleton to come out and look at it. Most recent was tonight. After a couple of phone calls, they got a tech out here to look at the unit. It was after hours, and not only was he very pleasant to deal with, he lived up to “I’ll take care of that”. He replaced 2 parts, and got my AC back in action. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Middleton Heat & Air. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have a new service plan with Middleton and today was my first inspection. Khary Monroe showed up and was very professional and personable. He diagnosed an issue with my unit and was able to get it fixed quickly. He had several suggestions for me to help keep my unit working optimally. He also spent a lot of time outside with it to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues. I really appreciate the time and care he put into his job.

Anyone with heating and cooling necessities go with husky without a doubt best service you will find for good price and they move quickly.
