I received a free roof inspection by Trent. He was very professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend excel roofing to anyone looking. Trent answered every question I had and was very respectful of my time as he was quick and efficient.

After a heavy hail storm 6/14/23 Trevor Mittelstadt from Excel Roofing knocked on my door. He got up on my roof, found damage and did a temporary repair. No charge. He then proceeded to do a complete estimate to replace my roof and repairs were completed in a timely manner.

The guys at excel roofing did an incredible job with our new roof. They did the tear off and install completely in just one day. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Excel Roofing was in my neighborhood early this morning, doing my neighbors roof! They did such a good job I’ve been watching them all day! They cleaned up very well and were super quick! When we redo our roof I will definitely be calling Excel!

I dealt with George and Zach for the entire process. They came out, explained everything, and worked with the insurance adjuster with absolute professionalism. George even sat with me at my home for over 3 hours waiting on the adjuster (who was super late) and did everything to help make sure the process went smoothly. These folks did more for me the customer, than anyone could have possibly asked for. They aren't trying to nickel and dime everyone and they stand by the work they do. They came to my home before, during, and even after the job was done to ensure it was done right and that I was happy. I couldn't have been happier with the result, and the time frames they completed it all in. I'll be coming back and sending everyone I know to these folks. I even had my father's roof looked at by them after a bad hail storm in the area.

Trevor was very attentive to my roofing situation. He kept me informed and corresponded with my insurance company. He helped me receive the maximum reimbursement for my claim. I highly recommend him.

Trevor from Excel Roofing came by while they were fixing my neighbors roof and was basically like, yeah you need a new roof. He helped me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim and was there when the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof. It took them just a day to remove the old roof and put in the new roof. They also cleaned up all the mess so you wouldn't even have known they were there if it wasn't for the nice new roof. Highly recommend Excel roofing!

Trent Ross, of Excel Roofing in Bryant, came by my house to ask if he could take a look at my roof as he had done to others in the neighborhood. He was very professional and polite. He did find some wind and hail damage and we discussed repair and/or replacement of roof. Trent told me how to contact my insurance company to start a claim.
Never once had an issue with the roofing company. Trent stayed in constant contact and answered any questions I had. I felt as though I could text him anytime. Trent even met the adjustor at the house for the inspection.
Guys showed up early to start on the roof and finished everything in one day. Put down protection for the yard and trees and picked up nails and all trash all around the house. Guys that did roof were very nice and respectful.
Did have issues with the insurance company, but I believe those will get worked out. Trent has been very patient in dealing with me and the insurance company. We could not be more happy and highly recommend for all of your roofing needs.

I had Excel roofing replace 3 of the roofs on my rental properties. Trevor worked with me to make the process painless. I have been really happy with the service. I will be calling Trevor for any roofing needs in the future.

I had hail damage to my shinles, gutters garage door. Vinyl siding and 3 windows. Trevor was able to coordinate the project with insurance and the workers in a timely mater. He and his team took me thru everything as they were doing it all were super friendly. I didnt have to worry about paper work

Zack and his people went above and beyond. They worked with my insurance for a couple weeks to ensure I got a roof for minimal cost to me and gave me an update every couple days. Was always available to answer any questions I had and walked me through the process. Once my insurance finally paid out what was needed I had a new roof in three days. And the roof looks pretty good too. 10/10, highly recommend.

We highly recommend Excel Roofing & Restoration. We had extensive damage to our roof, siding and gutters from a hailstorm and George coordinated the repairs for everything. Their teams were friendly and professional, and they did a great job on the work. We were very pleased and would work with them again without any hesitation.

They were great! Fast, thorough and really pleasant to work with. We were impressed with their attention to the smallest details and how proactive they were about finding and correcting any issues that came up. I found them to be really nice, genuine guys who work hard, appreciate your business and go the extra mile - highly recommend!

I met Seth Williams, Excel manager, while he was working in my neighborhood in Conway. He did the initial inspection for free and was here every step of the way.
My insurance paid for the full roof replacement based on Excel’s excellent and detailed report as well as Seth being present during the inspection by my insurance company.
They completed the job in one day.
It was truly a good experience. That’s something almost unheard of these days

I would give them my highest recommendation if you need any type of work done
