Great service.

They have fixed my AC a couple times and did great work! The Knight’s are good honest people and do a lot for the community.

Are new heat pump has been working great but they still came by to check on it and make sure that we were happy. Thank you to Matt , he was friendly, informative and professional. Super service with a smile

For the ones who may have seen my last review let me say if I can give them 1,000 stars I would. They got with me and resolved that issue. Before that happened I told my husband I would like to use them when we buy our own place,let me say Brian I would definitely use you even more now. He is a very stand up guy he really stands up for his customers. I hate what happened but let me say God puts people in your lives for a reason. I have tears in my eyes as I type this. One bad employee can ruin it for a whole business but one stand up man can save his name by stepping up and see where the real problem lies. I pray it's a lesson learned for the man that worked for him even more I pray for him. Not only did h try and ruin the name for his boss but also a customers that worked so hard to be here today.. I can't thank Brian the owner enough for doing what any owner should do!! So if y'all ever need your heat and air fixed give this man a call!!! Again THANK YOU!!!!

Knights service has always been amazing. They have saved us both in winter and summer through our time.

Mike and Brian came out and did an annual service on our system, and the difference is amazing — our house is noticeably cooler now, even in this heat! Super professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable HVAC service.

The team at Knight’s is top notch from the owner to the service techs. They have been assisting us with both our personal and business needs. Recently, our home warranty company utilized two different companies for an issue at our house. Neither company could resolve the issue. We decided to call Brian (owner) to let him take a look. He found a solution where the other two could not. Very prompt and we have cold air, once again. We cannot recommend them enough.

Knights Heat and Air are great family oriented company. They have great service and products. I had a new heat and air system put into my house. The guys were there when they were supposed to be and did a great job. I did not have any problems with the unit. I have moved & they are my go to for heat & air.

I rate them at a zero!!! They don’t show up and never call to tell you they’re not coming!! They shouldn’t even be in business!!!DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered the equipment I wanted installed we agreed on a price, when they got here I had ordered a two stage furnace I got a single stage they said they would install a new thermostat they did not, I have asked repeatedly for my invoice they will not provide one so I can’t get my gas furnace upgrade rebate
