Whew, Scott had a difficult job ahead of him with our very old toilet but he did a fabulous, professional job! We will have him back soon to install a new faucet for a second bathroom. Thanks so much..we could not be happier!

The first time Lyons came out to fix a leak in our water line they were on time, polite, professional and very reasonably priced. So when we found we had another leak, we called them again. Found leak in water heater coming from the top where pipe fittings had badly rusted. Leaked into electrical components so I knew I’d have to for sure replace it. Started calling numbers to plumbers but no one could come out same day as they were all still busy from the bad winter storm.

Found Lyons during online searching and saw they had good reviews. They picked up first call and they could come out that afternoon. I went and got a water heater for them to put in. They were prompt, professional, and up front about cost. Very pleasant to talk to and they explained what was going on and answered all questions.

Would highly recommend. Excellent service all around.

Will likely be switching my HVAC business to them as well.

Lyons did a fantastic job. We had a pretty big issue under our home. They were timely getting a quote, fairly priced, did the work when scheduled and provided great customer service!

Super happy with the new HVAC system, price was competitive and great service. We had an issue about a month after install (unrelated to the install or equipment), and Jimmie was right on it! Would highly recommend Lyons HVAC.

Lyons HVAC did excellent work replacing my water heater. They will be my first call from now on.They answered the phone, they were professional, and did a great job. Jimmy was very transparent with pricing. They got me scheduled quickly.

They were neat and did not leave a mess and were prepared to complete the job. No running around looking for the right tools. We have used Lyons HVAC and Plumbing a few times. They have done some plumbing work and HVAC work for us. These guys always show up on time and they have incredible customer service! They always get us fixed up as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very knowledgeable and very detailed in installation. Made sure new thermostat was mounted just right and after completing looked awesome. Would highly recommend. Will have them replace my furnace in the future.

If there were more than 5 stars this company deserves them all! We have been extremely blessed to cross paths with Jordan and his team. Childcare Network has 14 locations across Arkansas so historically we have come in contact with many other companies for HVAC or Plumbing needs and none of them compare to the service we have received from Lyons. I speak for all of my team when I say thank you for making our children and staff a priority!

Have not actually used their services, but my cows got out one day and someone in a Lyons truck got out and helped me wrangle them back onto my property. Very grateful for the help. We are building a new house soon and Lyons is at the top of the list when the time comes.

Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews, but I just wanted everyone to know my experience. Jimmie and Jordan are extremely professional, prompt, kind, honest, and trustworthy, trustworthy, TRUSTWORTHY! Did I say trustworthy? That trait seems to be such a rare quality these days! They installed two new AC/Heating systems in my house, and the entire process went so smoothly...easy-peasy!!! They installed all of the plumbing in my bathroom remodel, as well! I will surely be calling them in the future! Do not hesitate to contact Lyons for ALL of your plumbing and HVAC needs!! You won't be sorry!
