The technician was very professional and explained his work on tbe unit thoroughly.

Tanner was my tech that came over and and he's very professional at his job because he fixed my Air conditioning by adding Freon and checked everything else to make sure there was no other issues and yes he found another issue as to why I was losing freon and addressed it with me and had the Lady that works there figure out the cost of everything and she gave me a quote to get it fixed before I really have no air conditioner at all. I would recommend this company without any issues at all. Thank you StedFast heat and air.

Technician was great to listen to what issue I was experiencing and with a few screenshots of the zone temp readings he started troubleshooting. Within a few minutes the issue was located and corrected. The heating system was tested to ensure it was fixed and he was done in about an hour. Very pleased with their service.

The technician who came for the spring servicing was the best we’ve ever had from Steadfast. Ha was competent, friendly and thorough. Automatic calling for the service plan is hit and miss.
Technician corrected an over charged system, and provided a complete cleaning of the coil fins. Thanks!

We have had Stedfast out to service our old AC and furnace for a couple years. They would check things out and prepare the equipment for the next season. They were always prompt and professional and provided the service requested. We had a new furnace and AC unit put in by Stedfast this summer. They were professional, knowledgeable, and well priced. During the quote process where we had multiple HVAC companies provide a quote, Stedfast talked us through multiple options and the costs associated with each. Once we chose them as the company we wanted to work with, they had us scheduled in a timely manner, and they showed up on the date and time prearranged. Their work was exceptional. They cleaned up the area after installation. They have also been out to service the equipment once since then. As usual, they arrived when they said they would and did the service. The tech was professional. I couldn't ask for anymore from Stedfast.

Excellent service! Had a sensor go out which was covered on the Trane warranty. Tech that came was a great guy. I’ve never had a problem with the unit or the company that wasn’t handled quick and efficiently. 3600 sq ft home, in the heat of July my
Elec bill was $188 keeping the entire house at 70 degrees day and night.

Stedfast did the semi-annual maintenance on my geo-thermal unit today. Tanner, the technician, did an excellent job. Found a problem we were not aware of corrected it. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with Stedfast for probably 25 years and they continue to be excellent. Highly recommend them.

The current service call was the result of a condensation issue in the coil. It was determined that something went wrong during the initial installation process over 2 years ago. They figured out what had happened and agreed to replace the coil. No argument over the warranty period, just taking care of the problem. Thank you Mike and crew for the honesty and integrity.

Great service friendly very informative explain what they were doing

My service call was very timely and nicely done. He was very courteous. I felt comfortable with his summary of what he got from the inspection and assured my air conditioning is in good shape.

I had the service maintenance plan on my TRANE unit. The technician was superb in answering all my questions and in completing the maintenance. He put on shoe covers as to not track in dirt. He reset the Smart thermostat, checked the system and cleaned the outside unit. He was very professional and courteous.
