Our furnace was not working properly and we were heading out of town. Southern HVAC came out and diagnosed the problem on short notice, ordered a rush part, and installed it the next day. We couldn't have wished for better service!

They got to me and installed the part extremely fast. Another, much larger company, said they would take 3 weeks to get to me. These guys were here in two days. And the price was very fair. I will only use them in the future.

A/C went out on a Saturday and was fixed on the same day, Even in the rain storm that was coming down. Naz was very respectful and knowledgeable.

The AC in my camper went out in the middle of the night during the summer and I needed it fixed in a pinch. So I called them first thing in the morning and they came out and was able to fix it that day. Super great, fast, and efficient service!

Have had some ongoing problems with our ac unit. These guys did a very good job of diagnosing our problem and getting it repaired which required several trips. They came when they said they would and kept us informed of what was going on. Highly recommend!

My A/C unit went out all of a sudden today. Thank GOD they were available 24 hours. I called and they came exactly the time frame they said they would come. If you are having HVAC issues, Southern HVAC should be your first call. I have used them several times and they are the upmost professionals. They have serviced my HVAC unit several times and are top notch technicians. My unit is very old and they are always here quickly to address the issues. Thanks again Southern HVAC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called them on Saturday that my HVAC had went out. Came out Monday as promised and replaced outside unit. Makes it a pleasure to deal with people that do what they say. Very professional and highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

When we had an issue with our A/C, Jody was very prompt in getting back to me. We were even lucky enough to be seen that first day. While it took some time to get our HVAC system back in working order, I always felt like I was in good hands. We'll definitely be using Southern HVAC again.

Called at 6pm on a Friday and Jody was here by 8pm. After troubleshooting determined it is the compressor. Won't have more details until Monday but very thankful to find a company that can get here quickly and get started on the process in such a small town. Professional and prompt service. Thank you Jody!
