They were very quick to get technicians out. The technicians were professional and efficient. There was a slight miscommunication and they worked with me to resolve it. Definitely saving their number for when I can afford a maintenance plan.

The AC went out at my business in Little Rock in the middle of summer. I called in the afternoon and Dewees HVAC was there first thing the next morning. We are 30 miles from them! We were up and running again before most people got to the office. Thank you guys for amazing, prompt service!

I inherited ductwork that was a mess and not properly installed, with both upstairs downstairs units nearly 20 years old. Josh and his team came out and completely restructured the ducts so as to get maximum air flow, replaced both units, service like clockwork, and saved me a ton of $!!!!!! Could not have asked for more!!!!! They deserve their number one ranking!!!!!!

He has personally shown up to rescue me and countless friends of mine in their most desperate time of either freezing or burning up due to their hvac system quitting. He runs his business with extremely high integrity and has served his country at the highest levels. For those posting false negative reviews on Google, shame on you and just remember, you always reap what you sow.

Dewees HVAC did an amazing job. He explained everything up front along with the cost. Nothing hidden and his team worked fast to get everything completed and cleaned up. There aren't enough stars for the service and maintenance they provide.

I am currently deployed overseas. Of course, the AC unit decides to have issues and stop working. My beautiful wife decides to ask around and see who is recommended, as you would. Dewees HVAC came highly recommended. She called and with in no time at all he was there to assess our situation. The AC was old and was not in warrenty. We needed a new one.

Josh returned with a new AC and a team to install it. By the time my wife returned home from work, the house was at the perfect temperature and I didn't need to stress anymore.

I've been happily using Dewees HVAC service for both my house and my parents house for years. They've never done anything but go out of their way to insure speedy service and restore the comfort of my family and I. I'll never call anyone else.

When my parents house had an electrical fire, Joshua came out after hours to help check things out. He was even dressed for a nice evening with his wife but took the time to run by and gets things shut off so we didn’t have another fire from the furnace overheating. The company installed a whole new system with a great warranty. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I utilized Angie’s list for the first time ever and within 30 minutes, I had a call from Dewees HVAC. They had a service tech out (Mike—great guy) within 30-45 minutes and heater was back in operation before he left. Mike did a great job of explaining the issue and was personable and professional. Cost was reasonable. Will use them again in the future!!

Long story short: home warranty sent out two companies to fix an a/c issue:company one left a valve open so the freon leaked out of the system. Company 2 well theres not enough space to write how i feel about them. Called Dewee's they came out same day, let us borrow window units, are completeing the install of the a/c condensor etc. all this after another company took advantage of us.

Great company! They will take care of your HVAC needs.

I've been a real estate agent in Central, AR for a little over 5 years now, and I can honestly say that reliable, hardworking, trustworthy HVAC companies are EXTREMELY hard to come by. But Dewees HVAC stands apart from the others. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. As both an agent and RE investor, I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Been a long time customer and have a service contract with them. They maintain our heating and cooling units and make sure we’re warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Josh will personally come and handle anything that needs to be handled in a timely fashion. True 5 Star service!!!

I can’t say enough good about Josh and this company. Our AC went out a couple years ago and I called a big named company in Conway. They sent out a guy and quoted around $6,500 for what we needed. I started asking friends of someone else I could call and someone gave me Josh’s number. Josh took care of us for less than half of the other company. Since then they’ve taken awesome care of us with any issues and they offer us a great regular maintenance service as well. I highly recommend Dewees!!!
