I initially rated Middleton with 4 stars, but they should have been 5 all along. They are great to work with and I trust everyone in this company. The receptionist to the technicians are all wonderful and have great customer relation skills!!!

Middleton Heat and Air has been prompt and efficient in servicing our two HVAC units. We are confident in their work, timely service and customer care. The most recent service was performed by Sean Mitchell, who was outstanding; friendly, professional and thorough.

I was scheduled for the afternoon she had an opening called me in the morning and he showed up in about 15 or 20 minutes. Very professional very friendly and explained everything he was doing and I needed a new capacitor he showed me why rather than told me. Quoted me a price for the total work before he did it. He also looked at my records with Middleton and explain to me why they did not have me set up on a service contract, but he did set me up with one so we're good to go. They sent me a picture and the name of the tech before he got here William Tedder. I will request him again specifically when I call back.

Middleton was excellent with communication. The tech arrived when scheduled, he did an excellent job with diagnosis and fixing the problem. Polite and professional.

Service technician was professional, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Unfortunately my unit is old and no longer serviceable due to regulations. The technician still took the time to answer all my questions and concerns as well as go in the attic and review the whole system for any further issues.

Austin and his crew were very professional in their approach to this job. They replaced our AC unit in a timely manner. We are pleased with the work that they did and recommend Austin for any of your AC needs!

Phillip does a thorough and professional job every time he inspects our system. We would recommend Middleton to any day!

I’m pleased with my maintenance service by Damon. He took his time on my system. Once he finished he took the time to explain and educate me about important functions that I needed to know, in case of emergency with my unit.

My heating quit working doing the night on a weekend and I placed my call for service the next morning. I received a call that someone was coming sooner rather than later. I know the service techs had been getting a lot of calls for service. My service technician Lester was courteous and professional. Lester explained to me my heating issue. The heat is working again. I'm so grateful for the quick service that I have received. I have been using Middleton for about 15 yrs now. I have received great service, convenient appointments, and such nice service technicians.

I have used Middleton 3 different times. All 3 times they have provided professional, knowledgeable and curious service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Middleton Heat & Air has maintained our HVAC system since 2007. They always do a great job. Wes was out tech today. He was on time and very professional and friendly and he made sure I was informed on the condition of our unit when he completed his work. We are pleased with the service and recommend Middleton for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Ive been using Middleton Heat and Air for at least 15 years. They're always quick on responses and remind you of your Bi-anuall appointment. They have kept our units working since we moved them 20 years ago. We are very thankful for them!

Very pleased with Middleton Heat and Air service. A gentleman named Ferrio came today and checked my unit. Very nice and friendly. They have been my go to heat and air service for many years!!

Service rep Shane was very professional and friendly. He was thorough in his inspections and made sure we understood everything he was doing. Highly recommend Shane as a top-notch worker!

Dameon did a great checking the functions of our HVAC units, very cordial, been here before. Great job as with all the technicians that visited us for our annual maintenance as well as those emergency times for repairs. They will always be there for you.
