House built in 2019, had a Rheem unit installed. Running perfect with zero issues after 2 years.

Tempco was the 6th company to come out to look at our broken AC, and they were the FIRST to tell us what was wrong. They fixed it on the spot for under a hundred dollars. Everyone else who came out just said it was old and wanted to replace the whole system. We eventually did have Tempco replace the system, and they did so for about half the price of everyone else.

Very professional, came to my home when they said. Got right to business, checked out everything. Very reasonably priced. I will definately use them in the future for my heat and air needs.

Fast and reliable service. Communication is very timely and upfront on what will be involved in the job. Could not recommend them more.

Tempco's local manager, Wayne Paladino is the most honest heating and air conditioning service person I have ever met. He clearly explains what the problem is and he does not do any extra repairs in order to inflate the bill. I can be a tough customer, but I was very impressed with his service. Our AC went out during a freak heat wave this week. Lucky for us, after a quick google search, TempCo was the first company we called. They were here to look at our AC unit in under an hour. Wayne explained what was wrong with our unit, and had the parts in his truck to get our AC working again. In less than 2 hours after we called them, TempCo had our AC back up and working (for under $200) . I HIGHLY recommend using this company. Top notch business and just good, nice people. Thank you Wayne for getting our air conditioner working so quickly!

I have an older unit that needs to be serviced just about every 6 months as it goes from hot to cold and cold to hot. I always call Wayne and he comes right out to get me fixed up. I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone and have several times to family and friends. TRB

I have used Wayne for all my HVAC needs for over 30 years. He has installed units in at least 20 homes for me. I now have rental property, a vacation home and my primary home. Wayne has always gone over and beyond the call of duty. A few years ago I was out of town on business when my unit quit, my wife called and she was not happy. I called Wayne after 4:00 PM and he had her cool by 6:00, a simple capacitor but also welded a leaking coil. Wayne replaced that unit with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump, at a fabulous price. When I call he always asks the right questions and gives me the chance to perform simple fixes myself, whether it is clearing clogged drain or a motherboard reset. Just today it is 88 degrees outside and my unit was not cooling. He asked me if I could get in attic and find a safety switch on the drain line. In less than two minutes the unit was cooling. He is in the process of installing a new heat pump in my son's pool house. In central Arkansas the best way to spell service is " TEMPCO".

I don't recommend doctors or restaurants but I feel confident and compelled recommend Tempco Heating and Air, Conway, Arkansas
