To the previous reviewer-Austin Grice has not worked for Jacobs Plumbing in over 4 years. He has his own plumbing business.

Very professional

I called a number of times and finally was able to get Jacob on the phone and I told him who I was and what I needed done. I could be mistaking but it seems as if he noticed I was African American and resulted in denying me services. He replied he had a heavy workload and that it would be a while before he’d be able to get to me. He never gave me an estimated time he could get to me or a referral to someone else and it just seemed so unprofessional to me.

Finally got them to call me back and told them what I needed. Said they were short staffed but could get by my daughters house next week to look at the job. Never came by, never called... so I've been waiting over a week with no service. Guess I'll call another plumber since this one doesn't need my business.

Absolutely stay far away from this company!! Austin Grice works for Jacob’s and took my elderly parents money and made their plumbing issues worse! I repeat do not use this company! I’m reporting this company along with AUSTIN GRICE to the Master Plumbers Association! Unacceptable conduct and poor quality of work with no warranty! I will get the word out to stay far away from this company in our small community! You deserve no stars!
