In my experiences with HVAC businesses this is one of the few honest places. They were more focused on providing a good service rather than fleecing the customer.

I text Brooks at 7:30am and he had his guys there before 9am and fixed my mom’s ac! prices are great, and his employees are too. I will recommend Killian’s every time!

Killian’s did a fantastic job! Brooks was super nice and made sure the job was done within the week. Any questions I had, he never hesitated to answer, and even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I definitely recommend them if you need anything!

I texted Brooks on Saturday afternoon about my AC not working. He responded immediately and said he would be there first thing Sunday morning. When he arrived as promised, he tested a couple of things but wasn’t convinced he’d found the problem . He kept troubleshooting until he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. This and the last AC problem I had were the result of some remodeling I’d had done, and both times, Brooks fixed it during off hours for me so my pets and I wouldn’t have to suffer the summer heat. He is very professional and knows his work. I highly recommend Killian’s Heat & Air!

This is the best place! We called for a quote on a new unit, they came out and automatically attempted to see if there was anything they could do to fix existing unit so that we didn’t have to go without air conditioning. They found that there was no way to repair old unit, so they continued with a quote for a new unit.

They promptly did a load calculation, full evaluation of existing equipment, and answered all questions we asked.

We wanted to go with them right away, but from past experience we went ahead and got more quotes. We called over 3 different companies, had each one out for quotes.

Killians was by far the most professional, communicated the best, most thorough, and offered the most reasonable quote. With that being said we should have went with them from the beginning! (That is why I am writing review hopefully it can help you save time and just go with Killians!!)
Now we know who we will be using for heat and air from now on.
We highly recommend them!
