Alan, a service tech, came out to my elderly neighbors home, determined the problem with his furnace (unfixable and showed me the problem) and arranged to get and install a new unit in less than 24 hours. My neighbor and I couldn't be more impressed and happier with Alan and the company, Thank You

I called at 8:18 am and talked with Julia. She asked me if I would be available to be at the home and I said yes because I work nights. Almost immediately she said that she would have some one here within the hour so we could figure this out so I could get some sleep after working all night. By 9:30 I had a price and confirmation that they had the fan motor for my outside unit. By 10:30 they were back to put it in and by 11:30 my house was feeling great.

Mr. Sam is a really nice guy who took my call at 11:30PM on a Sunday and was at my house 1PM Monday evening. He found my coil in the attic leaking. After only 30 total minutes, he had my refrigerant levels back to normal, a quote ready and explained my options thoroughly. My house is slowly coming back down from 77° and it's all thanks to Sam and Super Tech.

Very unprofessional and slow

There should be a zero star rank for this company. Okay so I've not had AC now for going on two weeks. These guys have been out to my house four times and I still have no air conditioning. First time, they filled my air unit with Freon and told me to change my filter. I didn't see how that could be the problem since my air unit outside was blowing but my inside vents were not. My father has a contract with them so he has been the one paying for it. My father is the owner of my house and two other buildings on this contract. So after the first time the problem wasn't fixed. Then they came out a second time. The same guy came out and replaced some part.Still had the same problem and nothing was fixed. So a different guy came out the third time and said we need to order a new part. Apparently a blower motor. Said we had to wait two days for it to come in and that it would be $500. So last night the same guy as the first two times comes out and puts in the part that we waited two business days for. So im thinking "great, I'm finally gonna get to sleep in my house." Oh amd by the way my wife is nine months pregnant right now. So what happens after he puts the part in? The house cools down from 83 degrees to 76 degrees and then the ac system starts doing the exact same thing it's been doing for the past nearly two weeks. These guys suck at their job and I wouldn't trust them to install a window unit in a hole that's already been cut out for them.

**update** So, after my heat stopped working I had to call out another company $230 later only to find out that tge gas valve is broken and they tied my gas line from the heater in with the gas line tonmy water tank and there is not enough room for the gas to flow to both things. Thank you again Russaw for costing me a fortune for your screw up! Buyer beware!

I've had more problems with my new a/c unit than I did with my old one. I can't tell you how many times I paid $75 for them to come out and fix whatever was wrong even though I paid for their maintenance packages. When I tried to get them to come out this year because my electric bill was over $450! They got rude with me on the phone..the tech supervisor at that. I am sitting here with another company and so far he has found a leak, it's low in coolant, and the connections were not tightened down. I can't say for certain, but I feel like it was done on purpose. Oh, and one time I had them come out, while still under warranty they tried to charge me almost $300! FOR LABOR because of a faulty valve!!!
