Had a issue on a Sunday afternoon quick response and very professional was referred by a friend made the call and they were here in an hour I guess what stood out the most the tech had no clue what he was dealing with until he got here and had everything needed on his truck to make the repairs needed thanks again and you have gained a new full-time customer

Dude showed up quickly enough, and removed the toilet to snake the pipes. But it didn't solve the issue, and they forgot to reconnect the water hose to the tank. I'm on the fence with these guys.

Unclogged drain, yes. But, damaged pipe cap, drain stopped up after 2 weeks, then said they do not warrenty thair work. If they came out it would be another charge. 😭🚽🛁💦👎

Find another plumber unless you like surprise billing and hidden charges, plus attitude when you question the inflated costs that don’t add up.

When I contact vendors for a job, I want results. I contacted Sam's Plumbing a few times looking for updates to find out that after 8 days, the problem still wasn't resolved. I reached out to a different vendor that was there the next morning and fixed the issue. Charging me less than half what Sam's Plumbing was going to was a bonus. You may have better results than I did. But I do not recommend this business.
