Unit was totally out of Freon. Hopefully it will not leak out resulting in another service call. In the event it does though, may I request that Caleb be assigned to my house again.

The technician, Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable of what was wrong with our AC unit. He got it fixed very quickly!

The technician(s), I'm sorry I didn't record the name(s)) were more than helpful he was informative and professional. The tech was patient considerate and polite. The technician returned to my home to help me stop a problem associate with my unit but not necessarily under his responsibility. I highly recommend Ellis HVAC, LLC.

After speaking to a company or two that insisted I needed to replace my entire heating and air system, Ellis came out, troubleshot and repaired my system allowing me to have quick service during a record breaking heat wave. I can’t express how prompt and professional the service tech and owner were. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them for any service needs.

Very prompt and excellent in their diagnosis and fixing the issue we had with our heater. Highly recommend Caleb and Logan for your HVAC issues.

Landon was punctual. He checked everything on the unit, including making sure parts are working properly. Landon even checked the Breaker box. One of the breakers had tripped. He put all our back together on the HVAC. He did not leave a mess, nor did he make a mess. I appreciate Landon for that. He left in a timely manner. First Warranty you can send him to my house Anytime when I have a problem With my AC unit. Thanks for handling my situation first warranty.

Caleb was very kind and fixed my AC quickly. He explained the issue and showed me pictures of the parts of the unit that had malfunctioned. I will definitely use Ellis HVAC again if the need ever arises.

Did a great job! A/C coil went out so they got a new one, got it installed and back going again. Great service and job well done by Ellis HVAC!

Have used this company 3 times through First American Home Warranty and they're great. Landon is normally able to come the same day, and all times was able to locate and fix the issue. We would recommend their service to anyone, quality service and nice people.

Both Caleb and Landon have been wonderful! Very polite and respectful, they both took the time to explain the problem and discuss the options. Unlike other companies that my home warranty assigned, Ellis thoroughly evaluated my HVAC unit and found the problems without immediately trying to sell me a new unit. Scheduling was great- they were able to see me promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this company- they are truly good people who take pride in their work.

Logan, i think, was quick and thorough with his inspection and offered advice to keep my unit running as long as possible. The issue was fixed and I had my cold air back in minutes. 10/10 experience

I wasn't home at the time of service, but My wife said that it was a capacitor and they took care of it no problem, she said the service person was polite and professional and would recommend them for anyone!

Ellis HVAC service providers were genuinely friendly and easy to work with. They provided quality service, annsw all my questions and I'm satisfied. My compressor and furnace were completely replaced in 2 days. I highly recommend them and I will continue using their maintenance services for the foreseeable future.
