We have just completed the first phase of the project. They already have a great reputation as an excellent plumbing company. I just want to compliment them on their communication skills. We met to take a look at two pretty big jobs in the house I'm buying and I was thrilled with the comprehensive analysis of my choices and the pros and cons of each. He is well educated and prepared, and he sees all the options in each job. I'm really looking forward to working with this company.

The office staff works hard to accommodate the customers schedules, and they are patient and willing to listen to the customers plumbing work that needs to be completed.The work that they do is on a high caliber of excellence. They were referred to me regarding having a gas line installed in my home for a gas range. I am so in gratitude for my friend referring a company such as Matlock Plumbing. Phillip took his time and walked through the attic, and inside and outside the house to find out exactly how and where the gas line would be and how it would be connected. I have full confidence in Matlock Co. to do an outstanding job and to back their work. They are fair with the customer and with their pricing. I trust any Plumber in their company to do the work. This is a family owned company where the father Phillip owned the company and now his son owns and operates it. So there’s generations of expertise among these Plumbers. Our experience with Matlock Plumbing was as good as it gets. They were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and prompt. Rhett, the person who did the actual work, was great. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. More importantly, his work was top notch. He didn’t even make a mess. So we will use Matlock from now on.

Matlock Plumbing did a great job. I had a pipe break outside in the front of my home. They came first to inspect and to determine what would be needed. Had to make the second trip to repair. It was explained what would be needed and they did so in a timely manner. Very pleasant staff. The cost of repairs were very reasonable.
