Midstate replaced our old HVAC, that “died”, in 2021, during the heat of the summer. In order for us to “survive” Bryan brought two window units until the new unit was installed. Jump to last night (2023), while we were out of the house, an electrical storm knocked out the condenser starter. We arrived back home a little before 9:00pm with granddaughters in town for the weekend to a hot house. I called Bryan, and a little before 10pm, we had cold air. (FYI-he was leaving for vacation this morning) Good company, customer friendly, and reasonably priced.

Top of the line customer service, they beat competitor prices. Friendly company and got me fixed up the same day! Highly recommend and will have them fix all my heat and air needs.

Brian and his crew came out after the tornado to diagnose the out AC system. He discovered the problem and recommended it be replaced. He gave a fair price and his crew installed it. They were so professional. Brian even came in to register the new unit. Wont use any other HVAC co.

We bought our central air system from them years ago and occasionally we have needed minor repairs. They respond quickly and can always get us back up and running. Always nice and prices are super reasonable. Got a new thermostat put in the house and we love it!!!! Big numbers and easy to use!

Robert Clark of Midstate Heating & Cooling replaced the main ac/heating unit at my property today. He showed up with his crew and completed the work quickly and professionally, also cleaning up after themselves when finished.
