Yates was on time and spent the time to figure out what was wrong with my system. They were able to fix it same day. They also talked with me about my air quality concerns and quoted me two different options to help address them. They were very organized and the technology they have to support their operations makes it super easy for customers.

We have used Yates Maintenance for the past 5+ years for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. They are hard workers, very professional & they put their customers' needs first. If you want professional service with great results--these are your people!

Yates Maintenance was called to perform a maintenance and service check of the HVAC on a condo we have for sale. They scheduled on the day we were hoping for and came at the time they said they would come. I received reminders and updates up to the scheduled service time. Tyler and his team were professional and thorough and friendly. They took their time and cleaned and checked all aspects of the system. We are confident that the system is in tip top shape for our buyer. I would highly recommend Yates.

We have used Yates Maintenance for all of our heat and air needs for the past 3 years and could not ask for better service! The customer service team, the service call team and the accounts receivable team are all professionals and help anyway possible! Yates came highly recommended to me by a friend. We've now called on them twice and will likely never call another. Their staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and have made every effort to see us ASAP when in need. They were very fast and efficient at diagnosing the issues, offered more than one solution when available to keep costs low for us, and an optional piece of work to protect our system from repeat issues. (Gonna follow up with that soon!) It was refreshing to have personable techs explain in detail what the issues were, rather than give a blanket statement and expect immediate trust and money hand-over-fist. Both times they've even had the parts on them, so there's been no wait time or reschedule to fix. With a newborn premie in the house, it's a load off our minds to know we can call on Yates when we have a problem.

Yates is amazing I would not call anyone else for my air conditioner repairs I want to thank everyone The gentleman that come out to my house yesterday was very nice and awesome. Thank you again.

The technicians were right on time. There were four people showing up during the entire installation, which made it possible to complete the replacement within three hours. The staff were friendly. So far, everything works as supposed. I would definitely recommend them for the A/C projects.
The office helped me to register the units online so that the manufacturer warranty would cover any major failures if any.

This HVAC company is very professional and can properly diagnose what the issue is so they can get you up and running quickly!! They make time for you and don’t put you off because of a busy schedule! They understand the importance of getting your heat or air up and running as quick as possible. Call them!!!

First time I have used Yates Maintenance for AC repairs. I called on a Monday afternoon and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. Gabe is an awesome tech. Explained everything to us. He fixed our unit with a new fan motor. The unit was 22 years old, and I thought we were going to have to purchase a new unit, but Gabe saved the day. Prescott is so lucky to have an AC store in town. I highly recommend Yates. They service more than AC units. Thank you for your services.

Yates was really fantastic. They were recommended to us by a family member. We just moved into our house and had them inspect our HVAC system and install a smart thermostat. Our technician, Hunter was great. He was on time, texted a picture before arriving, called when he was close and did a great job explaining everything. We setup regular service with Yates.

Techs came out same day. Very courteous and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix my heater. Also, very knowledgeable about how to perform preventative maintenance to prevent future failures. Very grateful I called Yates.

I do not usually leave reviews but my experience with Yates Maintenance has been so positive and painless that I feel compelled to in this case. From the initial contact through the installation of my smart thermostat this company has been a pure pleasure to work with. I want to especially give a shout out to Hunter who did the installation. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize Yates Maintenance again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Yates. I had several people look at my heating unit but couldn’t ever diagnose the problem. It took Tyler only a few minutes to figure it out and repair it. He was so nice and took time to explain everything. They even texted me a picture of him ahead of time so I knew when he came to my door who he was. Their attention to detail is great and prices are very affordable. If you need a heat and air repair service don’t hesitate to call them.

I've been using Yates for the past 3 years. I have service contracts and have had repairs. They are on time and if repair is needed they get there as quickly as possible. Fair, competent and dependable. 100% recommend.

I am new to town and needed HVAC service. My brother referred me to Yates Maintenance and they were at my house the next morning (where I moved from would take at least 4 weeks during the summer).
My technician Hunter showed up on time and quickly identified my problems and rectified the situation. He even found problems that I wasn’t aware of.
