Very professional, got my rental property on the schedule in a timely fashion. He kept me posted as to what was going on! Reasonably priced and will definitely continue to support his small business and use Ross Family Electric for all of my Electric needs.

Shawn and his crew are professional, thoughtful and hardworking. They've helped me with permitting, power service, switches, outlets and lighting. Their work is solid and their prices are fair. If you're looking for an electrician that you can count on you should give these folks a call.

I had a “ghost” fan that would be on in the morning, after I had turned it off at night. I called them, got a quick response. Shawn checked everything, took the fan down to see if that was the trouble. All wiring everything was good. He said he could replace the switch although it looked good. So he did that, and now it is still off in the mornings!! Shawn worked really hard and with the help of Jared, it is all fixed! I know who to call with any other electric problem. I was very pleased with the surge protector that I had put in. The guys were on time and quiet efficient in getting the job done. They have also put in ceiling fans, under counter lighting and can lighting in the past. I would recommend them on any electrical needs you might have.

We were having issues with some plugs, RFE came out and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. Fixed all the issues and did some extra things that we wanted. We discussed pricing before the work was done and were extremely happy with the work and the service. Great family owned company with fair pricing and prompt service. We recommend them highly.

Steven came quickly to help me with my needs & soon got dark. His boss Shawn came out to help get the job done being that I didn't have any electric on & it was real cold out. This was 31 Dec. New Years eve! They did an amazing job & did what they said they'd do. I'm so thankful.

Shawn Ross and crews were always prompt and on time. They finished and clean up everything before leaving. They were also very courteous, respectful, and diligent. When we have a problem with the dishwasher, even though it wasn't Ross's installation, he promptly came over to help. This is the kind of help you should hire. If you ever need electrician, make sure you think about Shawn's company. You won't regret it.

Ross Family Electric is amazing! Honest, fair and communicative about everything. Attributes that can be hard to find in a good electrician were just normal practice for Ross Family Electric. No hidden fees after the initial quote. Did absolutely everything on point and in a timely manner, and very communicative about thier time line. The hung new LED lights for my commercial space along with some other small things. I will definitely be using them again when needed and you should too!

Shawn was excellent! We work out of town and can't get home until after 6pm. He worked with our work schedule and was on site the same day. Also, they offer a great military discount! We'll make sure to call Ross Family Electric for anything we need in the future.

After a sudden storm knocked out our electricity, Shawn was the first to respond to my call for help. He and his assistant spent the greater part of the day here, and only charged for the emergency call-out.
We asked him for an estimate for some much needed improvements both inside & outside with lighting, and we were very pleased with the pricing & efficiency of their installation process. Everything was explained, demonstrated to our satisfaction, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. You’ll enjoy doing business with Ross Family Electric.

Had a great experience with Ross Electric. Our problem was resolved in both a friendly and professional manner. Months later called them with a different issue, and after asking a few questions concerning the problem we were having, it was determined that it was a “user error”and would not be in our best interests to pay for a service call when changing what we were doing should resolve the issue. We really appreciated their honesty and willingness to save us some money! Thanks!

I asked them to come out and complete the wiring on a building another electrician started but never finished.
In spite of walls in place, they ordered all the light fixtures, came in, got it all done and set up all of the fixtures for the entire business as well as installing the ceiling fan with lights.
They also installed all outside fixtures. This may seem small, but when you have to locate all the wires when you didn't install them, it's no small issue!
I was impressed with their technical expertise, swift work, and attention to detail.
