Web showed up on time. He is professional and does good work. He came out and took care of a few issues I had and will be coming back when I need him on my remodel. I highly recommend him.

I met Web many years ago. He is the Best, Hardest working plumber I've ever seen. He is also a great person and I would recommend him to anyone!

Kind, professional, and extraordinarily responsive to my call came at a most inconvenient time. And, my residential plumbing problem was big to me but a rather small matter. He was respectful, helpful and sought to solve my problem with the most cost effective approach. Highly recommend!

Web Matheny is a very reliable and honest master plumber. I'd recommend him over and over again. He has done several jobs for us now, and we are happy to endorse him. He met with me after work on his way back to Maumelle the first time, and most recently got our water back on after I damaged a rough-in valve. We will be calling on him again in the future with no reservation.

I needed a plumber to run a gas line for my new stove. I upgraded from my old electric to a nice gas range. He came out on his way home, looked the project over, and gave me the best quote I could find. We had a scheduling conflict and he moved things around to fit me in. When he came out to run the line it was hot and he was sweating hard. He got the job done quickly and with a smile. I will call him again the next time I need professional help.

Basic gas water heater installation. Removed old water heater. Hooked up the new one. No change in connections. Didn't have to run new lines. My brother watched him do it. Took him 45 minutes. He charged $625 for labor alone. National average for plumbing is $45-$100/hr.
It was a simple job & he did it right, but charged a ridiculous fee.

Never calls you back. Customer service sucks.

The Worst Plumber in town, if you need details about his attitude I'll be gladly to post it...even the 1 star he doesn't deserve it.

See photos. Web never showed up to a rental property. When I texted asking if everything went ok, because I never received a bill, he responded that he fixed it and that I owed $125. When I confronted him he became angry.

I made an appointment with Web Matheny 4 days in advance. No one showed up at the agreed upon time, or called to give an explanation as to why they weren't there . I finally called him and he acted as though he had never talked to me. He asked me what I needed and I told him again my bathroom drain was clogged up. He immediately said he didn't work on clogged drains and to call Roto-Rooter. Really?? A plumber won't work on a clogged drain? Forget this guy unless you have a leaky faucet or something simple. By the way, Roto-Rooter came in 2 hours and did a great job at a reasonable price.
