Brico plumbing are professionals who work to exacting standards. They provide a service that goes above and beyond what might reasonably be expected.

Brico completely replaced all the under house water lines in my 110 yr old house in one day. His helpers were polite and cleaned their work debris from house & yard.

Busy plumbers are the best plumbers!! In demand. Yeah it took couple days for them to give me a quote, then the nice, professional crew came & worked & stuck to quote. They service folks in several counties & travel on roads where cell phone service is spotty. Cut them some slack! Highly recommend Brico. Will never use any one else.

They were not interested in a minor repair. They just want large jobs and on their timetable. Not responsive at all.

As a property management company we work with a lot of plumbers. This company is by far the worse. Spoke with them on July 9th, They went out to the house on July 16th due to a leaking water heater. On July 22, I called Brian @ Brico Plumbing for an update. He failed to answer any phone calls or return any calls. Also called the main number for Brico and no answers. Finally got a hold of someone on July 24th. And scheduled for the water heater repair on July 28th. I called them to see what time they will be going out there the unfriendly woman who answered stated " we are not going out there today" When I asked when they will be going to the house for the repairs she stated she did not know. If there was a rating less than one star, I would of given them that. Don't waste your time just call anyone else.

I was assigned to Brico through my home warranty company. Once I was assigned, I called for several days before anyone answered the phone. Once I finally reached someone, a plumber was sent out that afternoon. He looked at my faucet, took photos and said he would need to call the warranty company for approval. I waited several days and had not heard back. I called again for 3 days before anyone answered the phone. An appoint was set for the following Monday at 9:30am. On Friday, I called (called several times with no anwer) to confirm the appointment for the following Monday. The appointment was confirmed. Monday morning 9:30am, came and went. I started calling Brico at 9:45am - yep, you guessed it - no answer. I called all day still no answer. On Tuesday morning I tried calling several times still no answer. If you want the work completed, I would advise you to call someone else. I rated Brico 1 start because I had to click a star to complete the review. Service is non existent.
