Always excellent service! We have used Baldwin Empire Services for maintenance of our current unit and the installation of a new unit on our second floor. We had a very difficult situation in our older home and Bobby was able to problem solve to get our new unit installed and working properly. Now our house is cool and running efficiently. We trust Baldwin Empire Services for all of our HVAC needs. What a great, honest, and knowledgeable company!

Absolutely AMAZING!! I was referred over to Bobby and couldn’t be more pleased! We woke up to no heat, two days before this expected snow fall and he called me back within minutes and had a tech, Preston, out here within the hour! Preston was SO happy to help, very thorough and overall great attitude. It’s SO hard to find good vendors these days who call back, show up, and have a great attitude. I seriously couldn’t wait to go leave this review. I will certainly be referring you guys to all my clients!

Requesting a service appointment was so easy and quick. They showed up right on time and did their evaluation. They provided insight as to why my unit might not be functioning as it should and quickly sent a quote to address the issue. They were very respectful and took time to help me understand what they were finding.
