Have used Mr. Dan Chapman and his crew at both of my homes and business for HVAC work as well as electical work and have nothing but GREAT things to say about him. Love how speedy and knowledgeable they are. BEST in Little Rock!!!

They put can lights in for me at the front of my house and lights in my attic. I'm in love with my new lights!! They were professional, were on time and got the work done when they said they would and were several hundred dollars cheaper than other estimates I received. I would definitely use them again!

This is a tough time to be without HVAC. Chapman has been very attentive and prompt, they repaired my service in just a couple of days. The two technicians Adam and Anthony were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Just installed a new Trane heat and air system in our home. Four person team from Chapman Service Inc. was very professional and answered all my questions as I watched the installation. They made sure that I knew how to operate the new control panel and help me set it up so I can operate the system from my phone. Trane has the reputation of being among the best heat and air systems in the country. Dan Chapman and his service team believe they should provide the best service possible to support the Trane brand.

Dan and his techs were very helpful. Solved the problems created by another HVAC company quickly and were very reasonable to deal with. I prefer to deal with locally owned companies and owners that are easy to deal with and accessible!

Chapman’s does the best work. At the best prices. Dan’s crew are all gentlemen.

Dan does great work. Just know that Dan is as prickly as a porcupine.

Chapman corrected much of the old Electrical system in my fixer-upper, and replaced the HVAC system. They did an excellent job and were very prompt and responsive. I plan to use them for additional projects. Very high quality work product. 5 stars!

I can't describe how grateful I am to these guys. Our ancient HVAC system gave up the ghost on Friday, November 14, 2014 -- I remember because it was the day before my son's birthday and the first cold snap of fall. I had resigned myself to a chilly weekend, but had guests coming into town so I thought I'd try calling. I called at 10 a.m. and Chapman Service had someone at my house by 1 p.m. We had a contract signed by late afternoon and they got to work right away. They worked late hours and a weekend to take care of us. Their service guys are the most professional I have ever seen out of any home services company, and they delivered what they promised, when they promised (or sooner).

I would definitely recommend Chapman to anyone having electrical issues. My family has been using Chapman for years and we will continue to do so. They are always on time. They make sure to keep me in the loop with any and all costs. I can always rely on a fast fix that is reliable. Their electricians know what they're doing even in the weirdest of situations. I know I can call them for almost anything I need done, and it'll be done correctly the first time!

These guys are top notch. Misty assisted with scheduling and rescheduling. She was a pleasure to deal with. John was prompt, courteous and professional. His attention to detail was not wasted on me. Diagnosis and repair was swift and painless. I will definitely be using them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

In short. I love them. For my initial installation in 2016 Dan came out and was very thorough and attentive to match our needs and budget to their product line. No pressure sale. Every time we are serviced the young men are timely, courteous, asking for entry to the areas they need to access. They also present the estimate and require a signature before beginning. I love that. Afterwards they have always explained what was done, give space for questions, and actually answer them. I love that I feel like my business matters to them.

My family has purchased 2 AC/heating units from Chapman Services. Chapman Services is very professional, dependable and honest. I highly recommend this company for all of your Heating, cooling and electrical needs.

I had Dan Chapman come out and replace my old package HVAC unit and it came out great! He kept in great communication with me before the install and answered all my questions. He was the MOST knowledgeable person I had contacted, and I had contacted about 10 other companies. He told me what items were up to code and what were not. He got my new Trane HVAC installed within a day. He is the owner of the company and he was here doing the install with another employee. If you need a new system or a repair I highly recommend his business! He even came out in an ice storm when my old unit went out and did the repair and gave me a quote on a new one. THANKS DAN!!!!!

Our Unit finally gave up just in time for a massive heat index advisory. Chapman was able to come out to look and install a new unit within 2 days. The company we generally went with wouldn’t be able to get a unit for 10 days! The techs installed my a/c and came back later to do the heater due to the need to fix a lot of people’s A/C. They were back about 4 weeks later to get the heat running. Our new unit is great. Both A/C and Heater work and my son loves the new thermostat so he can check the weather. Thus far there have been no problems and everyone I encountered was extremely courteous and helpful.

Jason and his crew with Chapman Services installed the electrical for a tankless water heater in my 1940's house. They did a great job and were well organized. They also followed up on questions I had even after they
left. I will certainly go back to them for heating and AC issues in the future.

Chapman's sent out technician Jordan right away. We had a thunderstorm and experienced a power surge that shorted out two outlets. He diagnosed it and replaced them in a timely manner and was very courteous and thorough and informative. He cleaned after repairs were completed. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!
