They were friendly and quick. It only took them about 20 minutes, AND they closed the gate back…even the city doesn’t do that when they read the meter.

I can’t rave enough about Fountain Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency situation at home and they came out asap and fixed all the issues. They were professional and polite. Now, the woman who answered the phone when I called, no professionalism or politeness there AT ALL. She was down right rude to me. So don’t let the receptionists attitude keep you from using this company. They really are fantastic.

Called a week ago waiting for someone to call and come do our sewer and nobody ever called I called that following Monday and was told they cant fo our work they dont have time

The young woman that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional & treat you like you can't afford their services so she does a poor job of setting you up to receive services, I left my name number and address only to be overlooked, forgotten about, or just ignored. The man is nice and professional which is the only reason I gave them another try but since my most recent phone experience this month with the same rude unprofessional woman I will no longer do any business with fountain.
